Excellent
We randomly chose this small hotel in Lourdes and were pleased with the very reasonable prices, cleanliness, and the availability and courtesy of the staff. In particular, the lovely lady at the reception, whose name I do not remember, was very kind, attentive, professional, friendly, and affectionate. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Floriana

Great budget hotel
My wife and I have just spent three nights bed and breakfast at this lovely hotel.
All the staff are friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast has a selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurts, breads, fruit juice, tea and coffee.
The room was small and basic, but cleaned to a high standard every day.
This hotel is an ideal base for exploring Lourdes. It is only a ten minute walk to The Basilica.
Do not listen to the negative reviews about this hotel. It is a budget friendly hotel, not a 5 star. Some people don,t want to pay much, but expect a lot!
We will certainly be visiting this hotel again.

A hotel but pitiful...
Brown/black bathroom seals, large trace of humidity on the ceiling (Cf photo), does not respect the booking details for which you pay (fan, balcony, hairdryer .. non-existent), television sizzles all along, lacks lampshades in the lights, bed creaks, to believe it will collapse (feet are patched up ..) the door does not close if it is not locked, the shutter does not close completely, holes in the walls, faded paint. Insulation 0 you hear everything he says, steps, babies crying....AND THE BATHROOM: A shower with nozzles that don't work and a shower sky that is obviously HS (see photo), the shower door is totally deflated (see photo), they do not make the rooms, does not change sheets or towels between two nights, the cleaning is on request and again... in short pitiful. Where do the two stars come from sincerely? A check must be done quickly.
As for the parking lot: 0 parking for cars but you can park 500 m or more away is that okay?

Run away!! Pass your way do not go there.
I came in April with a person with a disability, and I definitely advise against this hotel.
The room was not adapted to his needs. Since his disability was mental and not visible, he was obviously totally ignored. No consideration, no adaptation, no effort.
Another lie: the ad indicated a balcony. There simply was none.
The bathroom was catastrophic: a tiny shower, narrow, totally unsuitable, already complicated for an able-bodied person, then even more so in a disabled situation. On top of that, humidity, malfunctions, and a deplorable general condition.
The bed was a shame: unstable, it moved with every movement, to the point that we really thought we fell. The sheets gave off a strong smell of a wet dog, which leaves serious doubts about their cleanliness. I had pimples all over my body after the stay — I can’t say for sure, but given the condition of the linen, I have my little idea.
In two nights, absolutely nothing has changed: no sheets, no towels. When we asked for clean towels, the cleaning lady told us that they had “no stains”, so they were “clean”. Apparently here, you only change the linen when it is visibly dirty. Suffice to say that the next guests will probably sleep in the same sheets.
A deplorable stay in a dishonest, dirty, unsuitable and deeply disrespectful establishment.
The most shocking thing is the director’s attitude: when we told him all the problems he had, his only response was to tell us that “pilgrims do not complain” and that we should do the same.
A contemptuous, inappropriate and totally unacceptable response to legitimate remarks about hygiene, accessibility and minimum respect due to customers.
Such a level of neglect, coupled with such contempt, is simply unacceptable.
To flee, really. Sincerely, go your way.

Mattresses were sinking, room was very messy, the basin was disgusting to shower, and novte you could wash your face in the sink, because it had a marble shelf on it,
