Nice appearance, disappointing organization
The hotel initially impresses with its dreamlike location, modern ambiance, and very friendly staff.
Unfortunately, this positive impression was overshadowed by numerous organizational problems: long response times, incorrect bookings, contradictory information, and subsequent changes to already confirmed agreements after the free cancellation period had expired.
There were also shortcomings in the brasserie – dirty wine glass, wrong wine, and dishes that did not meet our expectations. The gourmet restaurant and the sommelier were very good, but could not compensate for the overall disappointing impression.
Overall, the price and performance do not align with the high standards of the establishment from our perspective. What a pity – we were looking forward to a special stay due to the many positive reviews.

Place with potential but not good enough to exploit
Sounds like a recent place.
I left with a disappointment because I had booked 4 months in advance with the gourmet restaurant, and 1 month before (when the holiday program is already fully booked) the gastro is closed.
I was even called back 1 week before to remind me.
Substitution of good quality, even if it is very pizza oriented; on the terrace. But it was cold.
Only 2 glasses (1 white Crozes-Hermitage, and 1 rosé of provence). It is still very light for a hotel in a winery ... The estate does not yet have bottled wine (it surprised me considering how the website is turned).
The swimming pool is not properly cleaned (skimmers are full), so there are leaves and flower residues.
At the bedroom level, it’s pretty; but:
No TV in the family room (no children's room or adult room). Yet there are all the catches made for.
Remote control of the SDB radiator runs out of batteries, and the radiator cannot be used.
We can't connect to WiFi.
Good breakfast. Quality product
Need to choose in advance (watch) the time and what you want to eat (checkbox).
All the staff was very kind.

From aperitif to coffee everything was a treat for all three senses
