Exceptional!
An exceptional residence!
We met an extraordinary team that takes great care of the residents. Professionalism, kindness, friendliness ... Everything to make our vacation unforgettable.
Every little issue, however non-existential, is resolved within the hour. What more could you ask for?
The apartment is clean, quiet, secure, functional, with a breathtaking view.
The organic, local, and excellent bread is delivered to the door every morning. It is a very appreciated service.
As soon as you cross the threshold of the residence, you hear the marmots.
A public elevator takes us to the heart of the resort in 1 minute.
Do not hesitate at all: go for it!

Magnificent region
We booked our stay from August 3 to 8 in an apartment with a balcony, offering a magnificent view of the mountains.
Regarding the apartment, nothing to complain about: it was really very clean, with comfortable bedding, and bed linens and towels provided. It is also very well equipped: drying rack, ironing board, toaster, coffee maker, new dishes in sufficient quantity… Everything is provided to prepare good little meals, with pots, pans, etc.
The only small thing missing for the apartment to be truly complete would be a washing machine.
Our stay went very well. There are many activities and beautiful things to discover in the surrounding area.
A big thank you also to Joël and Marion at the front desk for their very professional welcome and their kindness.
We had a very pleasant stay and we will return with pleasure!

Badly nasty and never again
Apartment was dirty and musty
Bathroom was an inimini shower with mold in the edges of the shower you could hardly air it because there was a pathetic electronic radiator that does not get everything worked for kitchen is super small where you can not put anything in the dishwasher is a huge laughingstock that you can not even fit the pans and the microwave they give you an oven dish that is really a dramatic gathered mess of all the beds not to mention we had 3 beds where all mattresses were broken old and worn and have also slept extremely badly I am pregnant with my first child so you expect a good bed and the pillows are totally on and on replacement duvets ultimate dirty was happy that I could air them occasionally and have even rash over my overall body my boyfriend got it from the dirty things we had 3 large towels and 3 small ones we put them on the floor occasionally as the shower was also leaky but in time they were completely black you expected when you go 8 days a towel change and sheet is not known there at all
But we once had an affair with the hob and your "mechanic" had a solution for that he put a new one in and he had solved everything expertly he came after to chat a bit about the inconvenience what there was to do
All in all I have never had son bad holidays than this then the old unrenovated cottages of landal and centerparcs are many times better maintained

Good hotel for the price, with very friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel was alright for what we paid. We did have a couple of issues with our room which the maintenance guy Joel and the reception staff Camille and Florel sorted very promptly, and were very apologetic.
I would definitely stay again if I come back to Les Meniures.

Bad and expensive
Be honest about the concept – Sowell is selling this property as a 4-star hotel, but the experience and service are nowhere near that. It feels like very much an outdated derelict apartment complex without hotel service.
• Provide hot water – This is a basic facility. The capacity of the boilers must be sufficient, even when the complex is fully booked.
• Renovate and maintain the apartments – Equipment (fridge), closet doors and general condition of the interior are outdated or broken.
• Improve sleeping comfort – Softer mattresses, a stable sofa bed and clean, well-fitting sheets. The mattresses are rock hard.
• Hygiene and service – Clean towels (more than one set per person) and beds made on arrival.
• Improve Wi-Fi – Reliable connection is essential today.
• Comfortable furniture – Replace the plastic chairs and small table with solid and comfortable furniture.
• Pool temperature – The pool is very cold and therefore not usable.
• Snow Parking Management – Improve snow clearance and make shovels available to guests.
• Complaint handling – Reception is friendly, but complaints must be taken seriously and answered.
• Balanced value for money – The price during school holidays is extremely high and should better match the quality and service level.
