Very nice hotel!

We had stayed a few years ago in this hotel ideally located in the heart of Palmyra but which was probably declining due to lack of investment before it closed. We wanted to repeat the experience and we did well. The necessary upgrade is remarkable, general Mood, decor, rooms and equipment. Only downside, perfect soundproofing and no air conditioning and refrigerator in the room but one survives if the neighbors are reasonable as well as the weather. The breakfast is more than correct, only the Saxon Anglos will regret the absence of eggs and bacon.The staff is attentive and friendly, I will miss the massage chair.

Do not return.

A hotel that could be good but is not.
No air conditioning in the rooms, the insulation is very poor, the terrace is poorly maintained.
Fights all night long until 6 a.m. in the street.
When you sleep with the window open and people are fighting in the street, it is a disaster.
The breakfast is disgusting, the silverware poorly washed.

Bonjour MR ME. Comme évoqué ensemble en réception à votre départ un incident ou bagarre sur la voie public est imprévisible ici ou dans votre commune....et ce matin là vous avez été les seuls à nous en parler (vous auriez souhaité une remise ?) l'hotel son site internet et réservation ne vend pas la clim et nous ne sommes habitués aux canicules ni en France ni à la Palmyre quant à votre photo oui des aiguilles de pins tombent régulièrement la nature a souffert de la chaleur mais ce n'est pas un critère de manque d'entretien. Le petit déjeuner comme expliqué dépend de la location faite au restaurant et nous le regrettons. Bonne réception

Disappointing.

Alone in the hotel.
A constant impression of cost-cutting, breakfast with budget products, little choice, too expensive. Dinner with unlimited appetizers and desserts but very little choice. Again, the impression of wanting to save money.
Welcome tray in the room without tea or coffee (not really welcoming).
Very minimal cleaning. An experience we will not repeat. Disappointing for a three-star hotel.

Bonjour Madame AU PALMYRE HOTEL retient avec attention votre message. Nous transmettons votre mécontentement AU FLAMANT ROSE : gestionnaires 2026 de la partie Restauration et PETITS DEJEUNERS - et allons leur demander de bien veiller aux bons approvisionnements. Durant quelques jours il y a eu des oublis plateau de bienvenue.. restaurés depuis avec café thé et sucre nous nous en excusons.

Beds need improvement

We stayed here in the family room, for one night. There are some areas for improvement, so a long stay at this hotel is not advisable.
The big bed is 1m40 wide, which is quite small. In addition, the small (Children's) beds on the mezzanine needed replacing, because they creak hellishly, so that every movement at night makes everyone wake up.
If these things were adjusted, the hotel would earn a 5/5 anyway and the price quality would be in order.
Now there are some hurdles to be found.

Good stay

Hotel with a very nice decor
Very friendly welcome, smiling and attentive staff
Great location, access to shops and restaurants on foot, as well as the beach
We had a very pleasant stay
