Charming hotel on the beach

Wonderful weekend in this small beachside hotel. Small but well-laid-out, clean rooms. Sea view with a very nice little balcony. Very well welcomed by the managers, mother and daughter. All the staff always smiling and very attentive. Pleasant breakfast by the beach and excellent à la carte dinner (included in the half-board): a big bravo to the chef who delighted us. We will return with great pleasure

TERRIBLE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

"Very disappointed with our stay at the Hôtel Georges Sand in Les Sablettes. The view is magnificent, but unfortunately that is the only positive point. We had booked two rooms to spend a relaxing weekend. From the first night, it was impossible to sleep because of the air conditioning which made an incessant noise: noises as if the water were boiling in the AC, horrible, and strong vibrations every 30 to 40 seconds. At the time of our departure, we reported the problem. The manager replied that she was already aware of it and that a dispute was ongoing with the company concerned. That may be the case, but it is not up to the customers to suffer the consequences. Despite this known problem, no real commercial gesture was offered to us, apart from the parking not being charged, even though it had never been specified to us that it was paid during the booking. The manager's welcome was also very disappointing. We found her cold, not very attentive, and lacking empathy. We had the feeling that it was simpler to let a dissatisfied customer leave than to look for a solution or make a gesture to compensate for a ruined night. Breakfast was not up to par either, with hard bread. As for dinner at the restaurant, it disappointed us as well, to the point that the desserts were offered to us. For a rate of about €300 per room, we expected a much higher quality service and more attentive staff. A little consideration and a real commercial gesture would certainly have changed our feelings. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We will not return and do not recommend this establishment.
Restaurant on Groupon, you have to ask yourself questions, I'm really going to give you some publicity.

Very good!

Very well-located hotel where you feel comfortable. The rooms are pretty and clean and all the staff is charming. The best part: the location! You park the car and you have the beach in front and the pier a few meters away to go to Toulon.
We will be back, that's for sure!

Wonderful

Very, very nice surprise, a hotel right on the water, excellent welcome, all the staff are kind, helpful, responsive, the rooms are well soundproofed, it's clean, and then the half-board package is a killer, it becomes magical because it's so good, it's not a buffet, it's served à la carte and the dishes are beyond good, it's very, very good, and it's fast while being relaxed and chic. Finishing breakfast 10 centimeters from the beach is wonderful. BRAVO TO THE WHOLE TEAM, keep it up, this is a place to come and discover absolutely. To finish, a clean beach cleaned by machines
