Top Stay
Very beautiful Hotel with nice room with terrasse and top pool area. The staff was very friendly. Drinks, wine and food in the restaurant were very good. The whole restaurant team was amazing. Many thanks to Charlotte who gave us great. evenings at the dinner.

Fantastic stay
Fantastic hotel on a very nice wine yard. The rooms are very fine and the pool area is amazing. Tanks to staff, they all make stay amazing. Special thanks to Charlotte from the restaurant team. She was so friendly and gave us a fantastic time at this place

Almost perfect.
Almost a perfect stay. The weather was great and the atmosphere was excellent. The staff were friendly and competent...I just wish there were a few more available as various times. The front desk could be a bit empty.
The wine was excellent as was the food. Great choices and beautifully prepared. The wait staff were attentive without being "in your face". I never felt pushed and was allowed to enjoy everything without feeling as if I was in the way.
Special thank you to Charlotte in the restaurant (who was close to perfect) as well as Maxence. Florien at the pool bar and restaurant was wonderful.
It would have been better to have more spa access. Jenny was superb but it took a couple of days to get appointments.

Very disappointed!
The front desk service, when present, is very disappointing, not customer-oriented. Such a beautiful place ruined by the people, it's a shame. Following a refusal to use the pool for my two children who wanted to have lunch with us on-site, but according to the receptionist, my children are not hotel guests so no pool access; there are two different types of guests according to him. I find this behavior harmful to the establishment; we intended to spend money, buy wine, have a family tasting session, but in the end, we did nothing. Dissatisfied customers in the end. The reception needs to be reviewed. A business lesson should be considered. A satisfied customer is a customer who spends and who returns.
Air conditioning leak on the adjoining terrace, drip drop drip drop all the time prevents us from fully enjoying the terrace, a bed that is wide but short and yet I am not that tall, a TV that stays on all night, impossible to turn off the illuminated screen of this TV (Very annoying), a room in a general state of cleanliness that leaves something to be desired. In short, a stay that did not live up to expectations.
