The owner was so nice with us and the place was clean and location axcelöent, 3 min to beach, 3 min to centre and restaurants and 2 min to la gare

Terrible experience…

The only good thing about this hotel was the location near the sea and near the station, everything else was a disaster…
The reception only speaks French and it was complicated to understand each other, the hotel is under complete renovation especially the stairs with a risk of falling, the room was very small but clean, it was impossible to take a shower because the drain did not work and the whole room flooded…

I’m so pleased we found this hotel. I needed basic. There was no need for any thrills, as we were barely in the hotel.
The area is gorgeous. Train station two minutes walk. Beach front 10 mins walk.
The hotel is well managed. Clean. And brilliantly functional. The price you pay to stay here is very reasonable for what they offer when you stay.
The biggest plus point for staying is the staff. They are absolutely outstanding. They’re lovely, friendly and couldn’t have done more for us to make everything easy during a business trip.
Genuinely really pleased we found this hotel. We will definitely be returning.

4 days stay to enjoy the sea

A treasure in the center of Juan Les Pins. Beautiful neighborhood. The manager is very welcoming. The room was very clean. Very practical fridge. If you are looking for a room near the beach, you are at the right address. The beach and the sea are very nice.
