Very friendly place and welcome
The welcome is perfect, very pleasant and smiling.
The rooms are impeccable
The breakfast was very decent
Small downside at the edge of the pool where there is nothing to sit on (chairs, lounge chairs, or deck chairs) nor any umbrellas

Hiking stay
The dining has a lot to say; the unique menu required us to fight for a replacement.
A chef full of himself, who claims to only make homemade dishes. Nonsense, all the desserts are frozen and not good; he can't even make homemade whipped cream for 25 guests.
Strawberry with whipped cream for dessert (a strawberry cut into 8 with a teaspoon of whipped cream from a can is a disgrace)
Tomato salad (1/4 of a tomato per person) served with a toast that is as hard as a rock.
The main dish was served in a torpedo style, poorly presented (two vegetables in the form of puree that mixed together, not very appetizing).
The cooking of the pork cheeks in beer was acceptable; for your information, we changed the beer keg because no one knew how to do it. The portions served were insufficient (we traveled 15 km a day with an elevation change of between 600 and 800 meters).
He wanted to serve us a cold soup while it was 5° outside.
The breakfasts were bland and identical over the three days.
No special bread or pastries every day; I think it is not mandatory.
Coffee that was barely drinkable, made in a machine that dates back to antiquity.
Hot chocolate from a packet that tasted burnt.
Incapable of making picnics.
We had to manage by ourselves.
We felt that the site was empty (very few staff).
The bar was open very occasionally.
The reception was the same.
Staff training is urgent if they want the season to go smoothly.
No one to greet the guests on their departure day.

Do not go to this establishment.

Children in the class (3-6 years old) loved the meals and space. Adult opinions: PERFECT!
The hygiene of the rooms and sanitary is impeccable.
The meals are really cooked on site and adapted.
Breakfast is hearty and varied.
The welcome is warm and the team is very helpful.
