I would return if in the area.
A magnificent residence with a breathtaking view of a beautiful valley. Very nice location, 10 minutes from Grasse. An authentic style with a lot of charm. An enormous kindness from the managers and a very personalized service. The only downside is the food being a bit too particular.

Nous avons bien noté votre remarque concernant le dîner. Notre table d'hôtes propose une expérience "du jardin à l'assiette" axée sur l'ultra-frais et les produits de notre propre domaine. Ce soir-là, nous mettions à l'honneur nos courgettes du potager associées au combava, un agrume rare que nous cultivons ici.
Le combava possède des notes aromatiques puissantes qui se rapprochent de la citronnelle. C'est une saveur très spécifique et typique de la culture du parfum qui, nous le comprenons tout à fait, peut surprendre ou ne pas correspondre à tous les goûts !
Sachez que nous sommes toujours ravis d'adapter nos assaisonnements lors du séjour si nos hôtes nous font part de leurs préférences.

Amazing stay in Grasse
I am a corporate travel manager and booked this hotel for my senior executive team visiting Grasse, they were so impressed with everything and wish to share their feedback:
"We spent a few days at Domaine de la Cascade Parfumée and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and full of character. The property itself is stunning, with lovely gardens, beautiful views over the surrounding countryside, and a wonderful pool area for relaxing. We also loved the family heirlooms and memorabilia displayed throughout the house, which give the property a unique sense of history and personality.
What makes this place truly special, however, are the hosts. Paul and Valérie are warm, generous, and incredibly knowledgeable. Their passion for plants, flowers, gardening, and the local terroir is evident in everything they do. One of the highlights of our stay was exploring the grounds with them—tasting fruits and herbs from the garden, learning about the different plants, and hearing the stories behind the property and the region.
The food was another standout. Much of it comes directly from the garden, and every meal felt fresh, seasonal, and thoughtfully prepared. We especially enjoyed the homemade jams, soups, grape juice, liqueurs, and the many delicious ingredients grown right on the estate. The dinners were excellent and made even more memorable by the hosts' enthusiasm in sharing the origins of what was on the table.
Domaine de la Cascade Parfumée offers much more than just a place to stay. It is a chance to experience the beauty, culture, and flavors of the Grasse region through the eyes of people who genuinely love sharing it.

Fragrant interlude
Arriving for a seminar, we were welcomed by a delightful couple.
The estate is very natural and the rooms are very spacious.
The breakfasts and meals were a reflection of our hosts... generous and authentic.
We enjoyed our stay, the pétanque, the pool, the discovery of citrus fruits, and the picking of roses. Thank you for this interlude that was studious but also relaxing and fragrant.

Pour Paul et moi, accueillir des groupes professionnels est toujours un défi passionnant. Nous avions à cœur de vous offrir un cadre de travail qui sorte de l'ordinaire, et savoir que vous avez trouvé cette parenthèse à la fois studieuse, relaxante et parfumée nous touche énormément.
Nous sommes ravis que nos chambres spacieuses, nos repas généreux et authentiques, ainsi que les moments de détente autour de la piscine, du terrain de pétanque et de la cueillette des roses aient soudé votre équipe. More than a B&B
A stay at Domaine De La Cascade Parfumée is a spectacular experience. Paul and Valerie are the most gracious hosts. The accommodations are unique. The rooms, each designed specially, are big and comfy. Even the shower, with its many sources of water, provides a source of relaxation. The breakfasts are mostly sourced from what's grown on the property. An evening meal is an authentic French dinner -- five courses over two hours. There is an option for outdoor dining, too. There is even an opportunity to pick roses and walk the gardens of vegetables and fruit trees. Our time there was a highlight of traveling in south of France. We look forward to going there again.
