TO ESCAPE!!!!
We had booked a room on the ground floor for 4 nights. On our arrival room 36 with city view was rather direct view on the boulevard. After a complicated night we indicated to Madam that the room was very noisy, Madam offered us to change room the same evening and return to No. 36 on condition of closing the stay, having paid half at the time of my Reservation.
Disagreeing I was kindly told that if it did not suit me I could leave but that no refund would be made. What we did, ONE NIGHT AT 252. After searching on the internet I found testimonies describing the noise of this room. The owners continue to rent it knowingly. I better understand why they require payment in advance of half the amount. read their terms "NO REFUND WILL BE MADE"
No one dishonest rents their room knowing the noise problem. Go see the location of the house on google maps!!!
