Excellent service at a reasonable price.

While in Gien for a concert nearby, this Ibis is well located in a quiet area.
We were very well received and the staff very friendly.
The room was a good size with plenty of storage, a desk and bedside tables equipped with power outlet.
Very comfortable bedding. Well spacious and well equipped room with a beautiful walk-in shower.
Breakfast is included (it’s rare!) and there is a good choice of breads, pastries and other sweet / savoury. Something to start your day right.
Another important point, the car park which is very large is closed at night.
The hotel is located in a large park that is beginning to be very pretty - spring is coming!
Obviously we recommend this hotel and will come back if we return to the area.

Director disrespectful to potential customers

Very unpleasant director on the phone who cuts the floor won't let talk
Booked room therefore available phone call to cancel us the room by being in Diamond status
Answer from the director I put you on the red list you will never be able to come to our establishment again
A shame thank you to the Accor group for following up on me I send you a recommended one explaining the facts and history

The staff were very helpful, especially the young man working the evening shift. The included breakfast buffet was generous and had many options. The beds were comfy.

Very warm Welcoming it feels like home

Always as well received by Audrey who now receives us for a few years.
Always smiling and pleasant as happiness.
The slightest problem she solves in 5 minutes very professional.
