The rooms are cramped and the air conditioners are not working.

The hotel rooms were very cramped, making it difficult to move around. 1 at the hotel we went to with the tour. The room they gave was for number 3. The bed was stained, dirty, and unusable. There were also dead insects on the bed. 2. The air conditioner in the room wasn't working. Despite staying at the hotel for 3 nights and repeatedly requesting a solution from the moment we checked into our room, the problem was not resolved. Since we came with a tour group, we had to stay at a hotel.

Good starting point

Good spot to visit Paris, quiet neighborhood and walking distance to public transport. Right next to periferiQue. Friendly staff, friendly staff. Rooms ok but too bad they are no fridge and coffee available.

Pretty average. Check in was quick and friendly enough but the sole receptionist also had to work the bar, meaning long waits for drinks. Air conditioning in the room was barely working, probably not helped by high temperatures but not a great excuse considering the room wasn't cheap. Breakfast was good value and tasty.
