Topissime Hotel

Back this year in this charming hotel, where with my daughter we were very pleased to find the manager and his staff who cut themselves in four to satisfy the whole group from Italy
I can only recommend this hotel
For his situation, home, and benefits
The hotel is ideally located at the gates of Arles, garden, swimming pool, large parking
And a service like no other
Thanks again to the whole team

Grounds were lovely with pool and free-roaming chickens. Lots of relaxing seating options near the pool. Plenty of choices available for breakfast and a lovely setting with indoor/options to enjoy the meal.
Staff was very friendly and helpful! Our room was a bit tight for three adults, but we were fortunate to get the last room available! Would recommend this hotel for families and those looking for a convenient location for exploring Camargue and Mediterranean.

Everything is of quality from the staff to the benefits, as I told the manager, in his image.

A disappointment

Attracted by the three star rating, I was very disappointed with the quality of the service offered, with a very dark access corridor to the rooms and a room itself very small as well as the bathroom. All these elements would need a refreshment, as well as the parquet flooring of the room which has aged well, for the price of the night I expected better and at this rate l hotel is little better than two stars...

rude.

I stayed at this property for one night during an educational trip and my experience was not positive at all. They speak absolutely no English. The small rooms. The food is not the best and the portions are very small without the possibility of being able to film things more than once, so much so that a girl has taken food off the plate. The worst thing, however, is the behavior of the staff, rude and grumpy especially towards us guys. I do not recommend staying at this property.
