Very good value for money.

Last-minute reservation. Very warm welcome. We ate very well and the breakfast suited us perfectly (sweet and savory) facing the lake, a real pleasure. The very recent room was very pleasant, clean, and had comfortable bedding that overlooked the garden. The park is superb with its old trees and its pond, it's a shame that it is not highlighted more, but it is not the Hotel du Parc but the Hotel du Lac. Maybe soon. We will come back with pleasure.

We loved it

We had a room overlooking the lake. Very modern and clean with air con and kitchen. Very useful when you go with a dog. I don't understand the previous reviews, the food was fantastic. Beautifully presented and tasty. Staff were very friendly. We sat out on the terrace two evenings in a row for our evening meal, on one of the hottest days of the year , and had a lovely time.

Haven of peace.

Spacious room. Beautiful surroundings. Ideal for a stay where one seeks a haven of peace. The garden and the lake with their birds helped to create that feeling of being in contact with nature. Closed parking, quality restaurant, and above all, the kindness of the people we interacted with. Next to the bus stop for accessing the center of Foix, which helps avoid having to move the car.

Restaurant to avoid

Very friendly staff,
The rooms are outdated but acceptable, lacking outlets or functioning outlets...
The air conditioning makes a dull noise regularly, it wakes you up...
You can also hear people drinking a bit late in the area next to the river... not easy to sleep... but well, the hotel cannot do anything about it.
On the other hand, regarding the restaurant, I am very disappointed...
Menu at €33 but included in my overnight stay.
Starter very good: tomato gazpacho
Main course: the pasta was overcooked, I have never left a dish, but this was inedible... they told me they tasted it and that it was good...
For dessert, strawberry soup... there was red wine and too much cinnamon covered with whipped cream, I do not like that at all and it was not mentioned on the menu... I could not eat it. They offered me another dessert, a nice gesture, but I refused. I would have preferred another dish...
I asked for a gesture regarding the overnight stay because I only ate the soup, but they did not agree.
Therefore, for the restaurant, I do not recommend it due to the view, the location, and the staff; it is nice.

Breakfast catastrophic...

Decent room, however the breakfast at 14.70€ is really excessive considering the service offered.
Worthy of a low cost hotel, except that the price is not up to ..
