A good address for those who want to relax after a long day of work.

A small hotel located at the intersection of two alleys in the city of Évreux. The room is clean. Some points to improve: a prayer niche is unavailable. Air conditioning is also becoming mandatory, although this is the case for most hotels in this category.
The receptionist was exceptional with impeccable human qualities.

Clean and well-maintained. Friendly helpful staff. Plenty of nearby on-street parking. Very close to the city centre. Numerous restaurants nearby, but advisable to book especially on a Saturday evening. This good value-for-money hotel is ideal for a short city visit or a one-night stopover.

The hotel is simple and quiet. I appreciated the staff flexibility and kindness when I asked for assistance. I stayed in one of their renovated room ( which I recommend as the hotel is a little bit dated). The room had all the basics you need: modern TV, shampoo and soap in the shower, towels, storage space etc.). Breakfast (Buffet style) was very good with many choices. The location of the hotel is very central and convenient. I recommend this hotel for business or a layover (not a vacation).

To avoid !

Bad experience in this hotel.
At reception the woman is very welcoming but the man is not at all!
Breakfast at 9.5 is excessive for what little is offered... low-end fruit juice and jam also.
The room is empty of decoration with old furniture.
The bathroom is all full of humidity.
Deserves a lot of renovation in the night area.
