A place to know in Espelette

Very good time spent at Pascale's mill.
Small menu attesting to good product quality. Local drinks and super friendly staff.
I recommend this place as a couple, family, or with friends :)

A little comforting corner

Very pleasant team, very comfortable bedding, and hearty meals, made with good local products. Perfect for being in the heart of the Basque Country and enjoying the typical villages and the surrounding nature and mountains.
I highly recommend it

A very beautiful discovery in Espelette!

A very beautiful discovery in Espelette! We had a very good time at the Moulin de Pascale. The setting is really pleasant, quiet, with the river right next door and a pretty terrace.
The cuisine is simple, generous, and typically Basque, with good local products. We also really appreciated the very warm and friendly welcome.
An address a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the center, which is really worth the detour. We will return with pleasure during our next visit to Espelette!
