Clean and a stone's throw from the center!! Absolutely YES

Very satisfied with our recent two-night stay at this hotel. Polite and helpful staff. Impeccable cleanliness both in the room and in the common areas. Varied sweet and savory breakfast. Parking available for a fee and, above all, covered and closed. A stone's throw from the center.. truly a good experience and to be recommended for those who want to visit wonderful Colmar.

Kind and helpful staff

We stayed at this hotel during our visit to Colmar and we had a very good time. The hotel is located right in the center, in a convenient location, but at the same time quiet and rather peaceful.
Together with my husband, we would like to extend a special thank you to Lara and Baptiste, who welcomed us with great kindness, professionalism, and an ever-present smile. From the moment we arrived, they did their utmost to try to solve a problem related to our room. Unfortunately, for reasons beyond their control, it was not possible to find a solution, but we deeply appreciated the attention, patience, and availability with which they did everything to accommodate us. When you meet such a courteous and helpful staff, even a small inconvenience definitely takes a back seat.
If we return to Colmar, this will certainly be a hotel that we will consider again, also because of its central location, truly ideal for visiting the splendid and peaceful town on foot.

A stone's throw from the markets

Pros:
Great central location to visit the markets;
Located a few steps from the stops for public transport;
Very familiar environment and ideal for
Households;
Discreet international breakfast for quantity and choice (excellent choice of crepes to be filled at the time);
Water refill (sparkling and smooth) continuous and without plastic waste;
Friendly and helpful staff;
Against:
You have to ask for everything you need in the room over the necessary kit (shower cap, disposable slippers, etc.) but that will kindly be provided;

Delightfully friendly and helpful staff. The rooms had apparently been renovated and were spacious and comfortable. Great location with ample parking nearby. Only slight drawbacks were non-availability of English Breakfast Tea (important for us Brits) and lack of instructions to work the air conditioning. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Great hotel 2 min walk from center. Hotel has private parking garage. Reception is very friendly. Room is fine. Spacious enough and clean.
