The hotel mentions parking but it is very limited. When we arrived we were told there was no space and we had to find our own place somewhere in the town which was not nearby. Thankfully there was another receptionist who found us a space a neighbouring business car park as it was Sunday.

During my stay, I encountered a serious issue at checkout. I was overcharged due to being billed for four days of parking instead of one. I raised this immediately at reception, and a staff member acknowledged the mistake and assured me it would be corrected.
Despite this, several weeks have passed and no refund has been processed.
I have also tried contacting the hotel multiple times by phone, but was repeatedly told to call back due to lack of English-speaking staff. This is not acceptable, especially when resolving an error made by the hotel itself.
Overall, while the room and facilities were fine, the handling of this issue has been very disappointing. Lack of follow-up, poor communication, and failure to resolve a clear overcharge significantly impacted my experience.
I would not recommend this hotel based on the after-service and customer support.

I stayed for 2 nights at the hotel. The staff were lovely and the room was comfortable, the only thing letting the property down was the lift, it squeaked loudly every time somone used it, no matter what floor it was going to. This started at 4am this morning, 6am yesterday.
Location was good. Room service was prompt, but limited to re-heated pots.

The main reason I chose this hotel was the fitness room. However, I wasn’t able to use it, as it closes at 8 PM. Unfortunately, the operating hours of the fitness room were not mentioned anywhere on the booking page, which I find misleading.
Had I known this in advance, I would have chosen a different hotel with more suitable gym hours. By the time I realized, it was already too late to cancel my booking.
Overall, this was very disappointing.

Out of the area hotels their breakfast is the best. For some like us a good meal to start the day is essential.
