Too good!

The palm! Gold from Mount Ore. I was at the end of my life (very long journey from Alberta, without sleeping) and I find myself unable to continue my journey (bus... disappeared). I find this hotel close to the train station. Good job, Jacob! The receptionist goes out of his way to inform me about the next day (bus, timetables, etc.). We exchange on various terms, it gives me hope in the human species (bunch of robots!). It finds me a really totally soundproofed room, with no omnipresence of air conditioning and outdoor noises. The room is clean, comfortable, cheap (51 euros). A whole night (I'm old) crushing some from Morpheus leave me alone. One night's paradise! Run there, just to test. Room 409!

Horrible, absolutely avoid.

Clean hotel but extremely shiny; the room doors have no seals and no thresholds (5 mm gap all around and a good centimeter underneath).
No outlet at the head of the bed for those equipped with a snoring aid; avoid or bring your extension cord.
I thought there were works until 1 AM, but it was the guests.
I took one of the most expensive rooms, however.
Room 103 is located above the entrance with buses coming to pick up or drop off guests late at night or very early in the morning, a nightmare.
We wanted to stay 3 nights, but that is impossible.
Absolutely avoid.

Staff: OK, though they struggled to understand basic English

No bin in the bathroom
No towel rail in the bathroom
No sink or bin in the toilet room
No inside door lock for safety
Floor needed hoovering
No amenities provided (e.g. shower cap)
Towels threadbare

HOTEL KYRIAD CLERMONT CENTRE: TO AVOID!!!

Room not cleaned.
No prior information at the reception upon arrival.
Reported at reception that same evening,
I am unreservedly told that the cleaning women have left...
The next day, the person in charge places the responsibility on the customer, on the grounds that it is up to him to request the cleaning beforehand!
Floor towels, unemptied garbage cans, loose bed...
The person in charge is quickly arrogant and contemptuous, despite the fact that 3 couples,
protest also for the same reasons!
Our request for compensation through the non-billing of breakfast is refused with contempt.
The Kyriad de Clermont team is seriously damaging the brand’s reputation.
This hotel is a must!

To avoid

Poor room bed that creaks, impossible to sleep, noise, too much light, impossible to be in the dark... breakfast far too expensive for what you know, plus the person who takes care of lunches, not kind for a penny, who is very disturbing or oppressive during breakfast so we will not set foot there again for 2 people between the parking , the room and 2 breakfast almost 100th sa ne les vos not at all!!!!
