To discover absolutely
We spent a night in this charming place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The mansion is beautiful and well maintained. Everything is consistent: the interior decoration and the park that surrounds the building. The welcome is warm and you feel at home. The property owner knows, with great professionalism, to be always available and discreet at the same time.
We will gladly return for a longer stay.

Do not go !!! Not up to par (services and equipment)
For 229€/night (1 room with 2 adults and 1 young child), we expect high-end services, it is the minimum of the minimum.
The establishment caught our attention because beyond the classic services, there was a beautiful swimming pool and beautiful exteriors, ideal for recharging your batteries...
But don't be fooled by the beautiful photos, they must be from a very, very long time ago.
The exercise bike is rusty, a ceiling light hangs from the electrical wires, the bathroom ceiling is moldy, the deckchairs have traces of mold, green algae is found on the pool skimmer, the roller support is rusty and the bottom of the swimming pool would not have welcomed Isabelle Adjani as it is so dirty (the attached photos speak for themselves).
The same goes for the exteriors, swing stained with pigeon droppings (too bad for my daughter who wanted to do it), exterior furniture dirty and unusable when desired.
I don't know of any establishment on a high-end target that allows this kind of slow degradation of equipment while continuing to offer it to their guests.
We were supposed to stay 3 nights, so we only did one. We left, after staying 5/10' in the hall waiting for someone to show up... no one.
I contacted the owner that same evening to express our dissatisfaction.
The only thing she knew how to do was sarcasm, I quote "we are not going to chase after every pigeon" followed by a refusal to reimburse us for the night from Friday to Saturday (we left on Thursday AM) and then radio silence...
With hindsight, I think I understand why we were the only customers during this May 8 bridge (it surprised us at first) and why the owner asked me to cancel my reservation on Booking to go directly with her. I imagine that beyond avoiding paying charges to Booking, this also prevents it from being evaluated there.
No sense of service, clear misunderstanding of what the customer experience is, total denial and proven bad faith.
In short, don't go there.

Special, warm and welcoming
We were here for two days in a stunning big room with a view on the huge garden that is part of the hotel. The atmosphere of the 19th century richness ihas been well kept, with all 21st century amenities abundantly present. It is a lush amd calming environment and the proprietess is friendly amd helpful. She also makes a great diner at her table d'hotes. Bery warmly rwxommended

A éviter absolument pour les réceptions
Un très bel endroit, cependant plusieurs points seraient à revoir sérieusement :
- Un très grand et magnifique jardin, dommage que les petits plans d'eau ne soient pas entretenus, soient tout verts et que la cascade ne fonctionne pas.
- Une très belle piscine couverte avec accès sur une très grande et belle terrasse bien aménagée. la piscine est un peu trop chlorée ce qui a valu des irritations de la peau pour mon fils, nécessitant un avis et un traitement médical.
- Une propriétaire très désagréable et qui semble principalement intéressée par l'argent, facturant tout au moindre centimes :
* chaque verre cassé est facturé 2,50 euros, y compris les verres publicitaires,
* une demande de prolongation a été acceptée afin que la réception puisse se prolonger jusque 21h, la location étant prévue jusque 18h, prolongation acceptée moyennant un coût complémentaire, ce qui jusque là est normal.
Ce qui l'est moins est l'arrivée de la propriétaire bien avant l'heure de remise des clés, arrivée très désagréable avec cette dame qui n'a cessé de donner des ordres de façon très autoritaire et se permettant de critiquer ouvertement et fortement plusieurs personnes.
En effet, l'option "ménage" a été souscrite pour 80 euros. Or, à l'arrivée de la propriétaire bien avant l'heure de fin, celle ci a ordonné de TOUT ranger et de faire la vaisselle des verres (éponges, produits et torchons non fournis et vaisselle à faire dans sa cuisine personnelle) prétextant que ce n'est pas prévu qu'elle le fasse.
Les invités ont donc du déhousser les chaises, plier les housses, retirer et plier les nappes et nœuds décoratifs, nettoyer, plier et empiler les tables, empiler les chaises, réaménager le kiosque extérieur et y déposer les décorations du fleuriste, réaménager la terrasse et le salon de jardin, déhousser, démonter et ranger les manges debout... et j'en passe.
la réception familiale s'est donc achevée sur un rangement complet, il ne restait à faire qu'un simple coup de balai et un cou de serpillère dans la salle à manger, alors que je rappelle que la prestation ménage a été souscrite pour la modique somme de 80 euros.
Une expérience un peu amer, ce qui est dommage, cet endroit est très beau, mais le service et l'accueil sont exécrables.

Soirée féerique
Une soirée féerique
Ce fut un grand plaisir de dîner dans la grande salle du manoir qui est digne d’un château. Un très bon repas dans une ambiance chaleureuse car l’accueil est formidable . Tout était parfait .. le chat de la maison passait par là … on se sent chez soi . Tout est très beau et noël décore avec goût le lieu . Quelle belle soirée dans un endroit si magnifique embelli par la chaleur des hôtes .
