Old hotel, absolutely not refreshed. Horrible carpet on the bedroom floor. Room worthy of public housing, microscopic, poorly arranged. Only 1 electrical outlet near the bed.... Great when there are 2 of us, we have to draw lots to see who can charge their phone while on the bed. Otherwise you have to put it on the floor and therefore you cannot use the telephone because the socket is far from the bed. And if you take the chair, well good luck, it will smash your back and be rzcroqueville5on yourself.... Tiny television in the corner of the room. Total, forced to constantly turn your head or be sideways. Absolutely not practical. Duvet not thick even though it's starting to get cold. No 2nd duvet or blanket to put on during the night. Heating not put on in October, in short. A real sketch, a vaudeville in itself. Bedding meh, the bed is marked by the many people having passed through this room, it feels like a hollow. If you like hard, non-deformed mattresses, change hotels. Bad breakfast for this hotel which boasts of being a 3 star. Frozen croissants, little choice, limited cold meats. In short... All this for 87 euros, it's just scandalous. One thing is certain, you have completely put me off your Brit Hotel brand. No confidence and I will never go back there. Finally, the cleaning ladies are absolutely not discreet and make a lot of noise to wake you up as early as possible. No respect. Lamentable. Terrible value for money. Run away and get an airbnb
