Check in went smoothly when we finally figured out how to get into the compound. The room was small but enough for what we were looking for. The view was amazing. Only downside is the cleanliness which needs improvement. Under the bed was very very dusty, the toilet had a funky smell and the cutlery were not washed properly. I ended up having to wash everything and buy my own cleaning product to clean the toilet so the smell would go away.
Breakfast was very simple, coffee/tea, bread and croissant with butter/jam and juice.

Extremely dirty

AVOID THIS PLACE! Beautiful photos online, but a completely different reality. The apartment was extremely dirty, with stained sheets, stained towels and dust everywhere. It felt more like a 1-star property than a 4-star one. We stayed one night only because we had no alternative and left the next morning. Despite leaving the property early and not using the second night, the management refused to refund us for the unused night. Do not be fooled by the photos — they do not reflect the current condition of this property.

Beautiful fasade

Looks fantastic on the pictures but the place is worn out and needs to be updated. The room we got was one of the ”not renovated” which you could really see, and smell. Rust, dirt on the walls by the bed, mold in the shower, damaged furnitures. Worn out cookingtools ( pots and pans really needs to be replaced) our balcony / terrace was really nice! ( except for the dirty white sofa) A 5 star view over the ocean and city! We asked to get another room and Sara was really helpful but the option we got didn’t have a bathtub and terrace so our kids wanted to stay. But that room looked renovated and clean.
The pool area is damaged and dull. Dead plants and broken pots and sunchairs. Not enough parasols. But the pool and view was over the top!
ALSO be aware that if you pay for breakfast 10 euros/ person/ day you will have to negotiate in advance what you would like. Basic is croissant, cream cheese, marmalade, nutella, Baguette and eggs and beverage. But when you ask for something you get it. Snack bar is a vending machine. And there was not anywhere else in town, Monaco or Nice where the icecream was as expensive!
WiFi didn’t work. Not for us.
Parking is good.

Don't come here!
I lived better when I backpacked as a poor youth in Asia in 2004.
We unfortunately had to stay one night when we arrived late. We left as fast as we could the next morning. Worst and most deprived place I have ever visited with my family. Dirty, shitty, broken and totally weatherless! Total experience and feeling is horrible!

Sara riviera pictures do not show live experience

Our booking was for 5 nights but the first sight was not nice at all. It was so horrible so we booked a new place after an hour. The total experience was horrible. We could not stay. Ok, I booked a small place but it was no place for bags or no where too sit together. Balcony with broken table repaired with tape. Some new things like the mirror in the barhroom but destroyed area behind zink and beside shower. Hand shower did pull out water from the handle. Dirty curtains and overall not a nice feeling. Common areas very dirty forvexample sun beds and furniture by the pool, the office were placed in the garage. We left the morning after even though we lost the money for 4 nights. Booking tried to get an agreement but Sara Riviera refused, we did not even get the city tax back. Our friends left their apartment too. Other guests came back conplainkng to office with sheet that were used Wifi worked from beginning but not after few hours. Overall, nice see vore but book another place.
