The staff were incredibly helpful. The main reason for choosing this hotel is its position in the town. Excellent for shopping and restaurants.

Terrible

Terrible experience: service and cleanliness well below 3 stars
A stay to forget at this hotel in Cannes. The property and service do not correspond at all to the declared 3 stars:
Hygiene and amenities: There was only one towel per person in the room, to be used for both the face and the shower. Even hand soap was missing.
Technical and maintenance issues: The key card did not activate the electricity (we had to insert two cards at the same time to make the lights work).
Broken air conditioning: The air conditioning did not work for two consecutive days. The technicians only intervened in the evening, limiting themselves to a superficial glance without solving anything.
Customer service and staff: Upon requesting a room change due to the discomfort of the heat, the staff was arrogant, annoyed, and impatient. Only after insistent protests were we provided with a small fan, which was completely insufficient.
Terrible management, total lack of respect for the guest, and unacceptable value for money. Highly discouraged.

Great and friendly staff, good location, but a bit of a security chock when other guests suddenly opened our doors with their card. After that, our cards stopped working so we had to validate them in the reception.

Great suite, but poorly cleaned

We booked the suite for one week. The room itself was nice, and the balcony was very great. Unfortunately we found that the room was dirty, which diminished the overall impression. The floors were not washed, and nuts, hair, sand and food remains were left on the floor after previous guests. In addition, there was ants in the room.
We also had to repeatedly ask for new towels and toilet paper. A fridge in the room we missed too.
We stayed at the hotel under the heat wave, and the air conditioning unfortunately failed to cool down the room during this period.
The hotel may work well for a short stay, but if you are planning to stay in Cannes for a longer period, I would choose another hotel.

- Wi-fi did not work well. There was a noice from the elevator in the room. It was take care of but took some time. Hard to sleep. Balcony no use because no shade and huge wasps. Quite small room for four people with luggage. The guest in the room next to us was smoking.
+ Staff very kind and helpful. Location good. Aircon worked fine..
