When information is missing
It’s a third floor NO elevator with very high & long Stairs which was not mentioned at booking . Com which I believe is deceiving & not fair especially if the guest is a senior
It’s too difficult to carry heavy luggage up or down & too exhausting if you went up more than once a day
The host is not responsive or helpful & when they respond it’s late & not friendly
After I reserved & fully paid the non refunded booking I asked which floor & if there is elevator , they refused to refund me or assist with the luggage or make a discount or a late check out as a compensation but all suggestions were refused
Many windows has no shutter nor curtains or blackout which makes you exposed to neighbors & too much light early morning
One toilet for the 2 bedrooms
There is no long mirror there was dirt & food crumbs between the sofa cushions not vacuumed since long time
The small 6 cushions on the sofa are not clean nor washed since long time there are 2 chairs that are not safe to set at as the wood legs seems unstable and might break at any moment
pillows & mattresses in bed rooms are not comfortable
I Informed the host of a one day early check out though they kept sending me massages of paying extra for late check out then they apologized but still send more massages asking when I will be checking out
Chairs at balcony reserves heat & become too hot from the sun during day time that you can’t set on until after sunset
Cupboard are shaky & unstable
You can hear neighbors foot steps & shower noise
Location of the apartment is the best thing & good enough amenities are available

Lo splendore in una casa
Letto molto comodo con doccia grande e spaziosa.
Consiglio personale se andate due coppie alternate i tempi di doccia per avendo un bollitore piccolo rischiate di fare la doccia fredda.
Per il resto il soggiorno é stato molto piacevole, assolutamente consigliata
