Simple but comfortable, Good Value for Award

My stay went very well. As I was traveling alone, I had chosen the bed in 140. The room and bathroom are certainly small but provided me with the necessary comfort, I slept very well there. Awarded a rather low price due to the small size of the rooms (which nevertheless have a small terrace), this hotel represents a good Value for Award. The big advantage of this hotel is its location, in a quiet street where I could park without problem, two blocks from the beach, right next to the restaurant A Table where I received excellent service. Breakfast for 7 euros is very good. I also received a good reception.

To avoid: expensive room not at all soundproofed, no staff at night (not secure)

To avoid, I went there in September the rooms are very poorly insulated and soundproofed (you can hear everything). Furthermore at night there is no one (no security, no more Hotel staff). One night I had to put up with big social cases such as delinquents (filthy vocabulary full of insults) who brought more other people into their rooms (which is forbidden) and who played their 'music' of cases sauces to background (French gansta rap type). from 8 p.m. to 11:40 p.m. continuously on purpose to piss off the world. Anyway, it sucks, I stayed in my room, he was going back and forth in the corridors (welcoming other people in their rooms and laughing like degenerates).
In short, in this hotel you are left to your own devices at night and you take care of your own safety and that of others because there are no people inside (hotel staff absent in the evening if necessary for restore order).
With everything going on right now it sucks!

Hotel that just needs to be known...

Very warm welcome from the owner, very clean and well located hotel close to the sea and the city center, what more could you ask for, after this 3-night stay it is certain that we will return with great pleasure.

Disappointing

Maybe it was a bit of fatigue, but this place really didn't do it for me. It was clean and friendly, but the rooms were tired and not particularly well equipped. Design of the hotel meant that noise seemed to carry. Breakfast was simply awful. I know they can't do anything about their location, but to drop off bags, you pretty much have to block a narrow crossroads. Parking in the area generally is a nightmare but the hotel has some spaces nearby. The parking is "interesting" it's a 300m away and the weirdest parking structure I've ever seen. Their spaces are on the 5th floor. I didn't find a lift and the stairwell was spiral with very poor lighting.
