Welcoming, friendliness and originality at the rendezvous!

A nice quiet base for exploring Cambrai and surrounding area

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting the area and it was a good experience from start to finish. Easy to find and plenty of parking available. The staff were helpful and attentive on arrival, our room was clean, warm and tidy, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful.
We had a continental breakfast included and we were given the option to have it brought to the room which was nice, it was basic but included fresh bread, butter, jam, pastries, coffee and juice which we found more than enough.
This residence is also a retirement home for the elderly but it doesn’t affect the stay in any way, the residents are very friendly and the whole place is extremely quiet and peaceful. It is about 20 mins walk in to the town centre where there is a good choice of shops and restaurants and there was an excellent bakery about 5 mins walk away.
There was nothing specific that we did not like, the only recommendation I would make is some extra items in the kitchen area as it is advertised as an apartment, there were no sharp knives, not even a suitable bread knife in the land of the baguette. There were also no bowls which meant you couldn’t have cereal or soup. These may have been available if we had asked but it would be nice if they were already in the room

Excellent

Très bon accueil, appartement propre, bien décoré. Bonne literie. Petit déjeuner copieux en chambre. Piscine très agréable ( eau à 28°), Parking fermé la nuit.
Excellent accueil de la part de tout le personnel. A recommander sans hésitation.

Accueil , cadre, propreté , l appartement . Le TOP

Ce n est pas dormitys mais domitys. Franchement le top . Une résidence pour senior avec des appartements loués à la nuit . Super propre , aucune comparaison avec d autres grandes enseignes d appart hôtel . On se croirait dans une résidence plus plus . On a loué 2 nuits et le deuxième soir lorsqu on est rentré le ménage était , le lit , la vaisselle alors que je m apprêtais à le faire au moment de notre départ comme dans les autres appartements hôtel . On peut même aller à la piscine . Petit bémol la qualité du matelas . Franchement on recommande et on sera les premiers à revenir si l occasion de présenté .

Spacieux et confortable

En déplacement professionnel, j'ai bien apprécié passer la soirée dans cette résidence. Tout le nécessaire est là pour cuisiner, l'appartement est propre et spacieux. Attention, la résidence est avant tout une résidence pour personnes âgées, le service sera différent d'un hotel : petit déjeuner pas avant 8h, Internet un peu moyen. Il est néanmoins facile de se débrouiller en faisant quelques courses. La piscine, accessible jusque 20h, est un plus. Je garde l'adresse.
