Quiet, ideally located

Ideally located. Friendly welcome and staff. Plenty of parking nearby.
Ideal base. Close to the Memorial and major roads.
Well-maintained room, all basic items are present. Good. Quiet environment.

Nice location at Memorial de Caen

Nice location to Memorial de Caen, just 5 minutes to Memorial de Caen
The big room contained the kitchen with cooking equipment, working desk
There are refrigerator, dish cleaning machine, coffee machine.
The three small heaters in the room, maybe cold.
Expensive for water and electricity and the studio for one month

Accueil téléphonique impeccable, renseignements précis autant sur la résidence et ses infrastructures que sur les lieux de découverte et de loisirs aux alentours. Un rapport qualité prix excellent . Le studio que nous avons loué pour quatre nuits était très propre, confortable, très bien équipé, parking sécurisé, à deux pas du memorial de Caen . Une mention spéciale pour l'amabilité et le professionnalisme de la jeune femme qui gère cette résidence. Nous recommandons sans réserve.

Ottima base per visitare Caen e le spiagge del D-Day

Il residence di trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal memoriale di Caen. Il personale è stato molto disponibile e gentile. L'appartemento era molto spazioso: eravamo in 4 abbiamo soggiornato per tre giorni con assoluta comodità. Abbiamo avuto a disposizione un piccolo stendino, ferro da stiro, lavastoviglie con il detersivo sia per la lavastoviglie e che per piatti, stracci e spugnetta nuovi. Il bagno spazioso e pulito. Abbiamo richiesto un cambio di asciugamani che è stato fatto con assoluta celerità e disponibilità.

Tutto il necessario

Abbiamo soggiornato in un mini appartamento composto da due stanze 37 mq, molto spazioso per due persone, mobilio moderno e in buone condizioni, la cucina offre il necessario per poter cucinare, presente anche asse e ferro da stiro. La struttura si trova a qualche minuto a piedi dal memoriale di Caen, è facile trovare parcheggio libero all'esterno, è comunque disponibile posto auto recintato a pagamento.
