Only issue we had was the AC in one of the two rooms we booked was not cooling down the room enough. Otherwise, we had a great experience. We really enjoyed the breakfast too.

Having checked we were definitely not given the room we paid for. We booked Superior King but were given Comfort Twin. Yes we should have said something but big queue at reception and shouldn't make mistake like that. Tatty towels and frayed bathmat. Shower very good, beds comfortable. Breakfast very good and staff friendly and helpful

Beware of this hotel.

I made a reservation for one night. I was traveling with my son. I requested and received an approval from the hotel that my room would have two twin beds. When I checked in, I was provided with a room with one queen bed. I went to the front desk to request another room. I showed the employee the approved two twin bed room that was sent directly from the hotel to me. The employee said there are no more twin rooms available. He said that my booking agent approved the twin rooms, not the hotel. He was wrong. He was lazy. He said some very mean things to both my son and myself. He laughed at us. His name is Noah.
We were shocked at the "welcome" we received when we tried to check in. Our booking agent also called this hotel to request a refund for the room. The hotel refused to provide a refund. It is obvious to me that this hotel is not guest friendly. I will never return.

We stayed here as a base for our visit to the beaches in Normandy. We parked at the hotel but the spaces are limited. Good restaurants near by which were walkable. Pizza restaurant next door was excellent. The room we had was on the top floor and were told at check in the elevator did not go to that floor. The desk person took are bags up the last floor. We are an older couple so I do not know if he just it because of age or it was standard. If you have a lot of luggage or need assistance you should write to them.

Parking is VERY limited, made a reservation for a night and upon arriving was told that we’re full after explaining repeatedly that I had a reservation they moved an employee’s vehicle giving me a spot.
