Very usefull for a short or long stay, on the outskirts of Caen, only a 15 minute drive from the ferry and just off the ringroad.
Fully equipped kitchenette in room, large conforrable bed and large tv (french chanels)

It’s a place to lay your head after the ferry. It’s a bed and that’s it. Even though even that didn’t have a clean duvet. After the late night ferry was a place to rest. But it need knocking down and rebuilding

Accommodation was perfect for our one night stay over on our way back to Cherbourg. A bit dated in places, walls need a fresh layer of paint and kitchen needs to be refreshed. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space. We checked in after 8pm so we used the after hours check in process and it was clear and easy to follow.

For the 12 hours we were there it was fine, no good dining nearby, nice staff, felt like a university dorm room

Disappointing

The photos are not contractual, the apartment is not cocooning at all. Several problems during my stay:
* No room key in the mailbox when I arrive,
* Already someone in the assigned housing
* More than an hour to find a solution and I can finally take possession of a room.
* Mouldy bathroom
* Rusty radiator
* End of life mattress
* Unpleasant smell
* Breakfast without more
