A real hostel at the foot of the canal bridge

Very friendly hotel ....very close to the canal bridge...quiet and very good cuisine....and the staff is great....quality ratio great price .....I am a former resident of briard (15 years ).....very pleasantly surprised by this establishment....

Average service, bland couscous, and inedible beef!

First, we called to make a reservation and asked if it was possible to be by the canal; we were told yes by one person, but when we arrived at the time of our reservation, another person told us it was not possible… reluctantly, we settled in without making a fuss, but we were already disappointed.
But the worst is what is on the plate! We all opted for couscous since it is the specialty: the beef was so tough that few of us could eat it; moreover, there was no flavor, it was completely bland.
BAD PICK!! Just keep walking…

Just stick to the couscous!

You can come here to "eat" without any problem, but just stick to the couscous, forget about "French" cuisine... The welcome remains friendly.

Great stay

Great stay to do again. A beautiful place. Clean comfortable room and extraordinary staff. The restaurant very clean with local cuisine and by the way very good price. The head of calf is just magnificent the royal couscous with a wine (saint augustin) what a delight.

Disappointed

The setting is too cute with its
Terrace by the water
The Theo server is very attentive to its customers.
Culinary side disappointed
Couscous passable obliged to put back salt and pepper no taste no grapes (there are more we say no lamb skewer either replaced by hard beef as justice)
Very few vegetables and green pepper and yes only one poor piece of green pepper, uncooked
For the Award it's expensive for a poor merguez and half a chicken leg.
Tiramitsu is good but is 2 cm high by 6 cm wide
TOO EXPENSIVE for what it is.
A real cook would be welcome.
Too bad the setting is pretty.
