Hotel La Voile is ideally situated just 400 metres from the beaches and Bormes harbour in a quiet, peaceful environment near the village of La Favière. There is an outdoor naturally heated pool and a lounge bar.

Friendly welcome and friendly staff.
Hotel could use some investment here and there such as new poolside loungers.
It was out of season and so the lady at the reception had to do a lot alone like breakfast. That was obviously noticeable but the lovely lady was very friendly. Did everything possible. That makes up for a lot.
Very good location and quiet screened pool.
Tour est bien passé.

Unacceptable experience
Our last stay was an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was icy and unpleasant. The young brunette woman who received us did not get a smile or show any consideration or politeness towards us throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, this did not stop there. The cleaning of our room was unacceptable: one towel for two people, bath mat left soaked, and no toilet paper despite the empty rolls left clearly visible. When we simply asked to be provided with it, we were denied it.
When we noticed these shortcomings, this employee was aggressive, spoke to us in an unacceptable tone, even telling us that if we were not happy, we just had to go, and that “here is how it works.” At our age, after many years of travelling, we have never been treated with such contempt.
The next day, unfortunately, we found that we were not the only customers who had experienced this behavior. Fortunately, the person present at the breakfast, obviously herself shocked by the attitude of her colleague, took the time to listen to us with kindness, to reassure us and offer us a commercial gesture for a future stay, as well as to notify her superior so that she can contact us again... something we are still waiting for.
Despite this gesture, the disappointment is too great. To be treated in this way is simply unacceptable.
If we could set zero, we would. The only point goes only to the breakfast person for his professionalism.
