A short gourmet stay in France

We had booked a golf and gourmet stay at this hotel and arrived full of Virgrezde. Our expectations were fully met.
The hotel (3 stars) is small and quaint. The room completely adequate, in winter in the bathroom possibly a bit cold, as no heating there.
Boss, boss as well as the staff very nice and helpful.
The food on both evenings wonderful and starry!!! Great variety in courses, both evenings different snacks and pre-tasty treats! Every course visually and tastefully successful. Also the wine recommendation!
If you are in the vicinity of Bitche, you should definitely stop by. Registration absolutely!

pleasant stay

pleasant friendly hotel in a central location of Bitche, with public parking outside the door. Very nice staff and accommodating. The rooms are nicely designed, but are getting old. Unfortunately, bed quality is not special. Breakfast in the morning à la carte and a small buffet, all right.

nice hotel ideal for staying overnight after visiting a restaurant

Nice little hotel. The hotel has a good gourmet restaurant on the ground floor.
The rooms are decorated according to themes and the size fits.
Bed quality could be slightly better and in the bathroom shower gel for 2.
Breakfast in the morning is available on request and is so fine.
The room is well darkenable, TV and Wi-Fi work.
Parking is only public outside the hotel.

Culinary excellence

The overall impression was very good, mainly because of the excellent cuisine and the perfect service. The manageress of the house was also very accommodating to special vegetarian requests. After these great treats, the rooms were - we had a suite with a balcony which we mainly used for sleeping. We thought it was very good that there were packages with bed and breakfast including an 8-course menu with excellent corresponding wines at a good price-performance ratio. We would be happy to come back on "special days".
