Bien situé et personnel aux petits soins

Au pied des pistes cet hôtel est vraiment bien situé. Le personnel était aux petit soins avec nous. Chambre un peu petite et matériaux assez “ cheap”. Mais propre et bien équipé. Une bonne adresse pour les loisirs de neige.

Poor

Super well located hotel at the foot of the slopes
But :
1/ Dated, no taste, decor completely needs to be reviewed to make the place pleasant.
2/ Poorly insulated room:
- soaked carpet at the foot of the window up to the bed
- we can hear the creaking cupboards in the adjoining rooms
- we hear people in the hallway
3/ Nothing left to eat for breakfast at 9 a.m. when it is supposed to be from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
All the families were told by the waitress that there was nothing left (instead of ordering other pastries and breads!). When we were leaving we reported it to reception who immediately reacted and ordered something to eat but it was too late, everyone had already gone skiing. We must inform the young woman in the breakfast room so that she can act next time! How incompetent.
They know how many pastries to order because they know how many customers they have! It's really stingy.
And going skiing on an empty stomach still makes you sweat a lot!
I hope to find another place next time.
