Very clean room. Shocked because photos of property do not match the actual property. Staff was strangely protective of water— the man at reception would not allow us to get a small glass of water from the dispenser “because we did not pay.” Room cleanliness is most important to me, thus the high rating.

hallucinatory experience
I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and was disappointed, and it did not meet my expectations at all. First of all the rooms are very small and give a sense of claustrophobia, they are almost clean but in some rooms there is mold at the level of the bathroom door. On the other hand, the beds are comfortable and the rooms, despite their size, are well stocked (lights, kettle, desk, TV...). The food is terrible, the food is poor quality and the service is not the best, also the hotel is located in an industrial area that would be preferable to avoid.

Innanzitutto per quanto riguarda la pulizia delle nostre camere, che vengono pulite ogni giorno e controllate professionalmente dal nostro personale addetto alle pulizie. Le loro dimensioni sono maggiori rispetto alla media standard degli hotel europei.
Per quanto riguarda il nostro ristorante Les PAPILLES, che gode di un'eccellente reputazione a livello regionale, vorremmo sapere cosa potrebbe motivare la definizione di "orribile" nei vostri commenti.
Considerando che ci troviamo in una zona commerciale e non industriale, vi informiamo che è completamente sicura e non presenta alcun problema di sicurezza.

Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here!
Our stay at this hotel was an absolute disaster from start to finish. If you’re looking for a place that overcharges, offers terrible service, and treats guests unfairly, then this is the place for you.
First of all, the breakfast was unbelievably bad. Boring, bland, and with almost no choices. You’d expect at least a decent selection, but it felt like they just put out whatever was cheapest. Definitely not worth it.
Room service was just as disappointing. We had to ask them to change towels—something that should be standard in any hotel. It felt like they didn’t care at all about providing proper service.
But the worst part? They randomly charged our group an extra 100€ just because we were "loud." When we checked in, they told us that extra charges would only apply if we caused damage. We didn’t break anything, yet they still decided to take our money. Completely unfair and unprofessional.
Stay away unless you enjoy being ripped off!

We are responding to your various comments and would like to take the liberty of replying to the numerous criticisms posted on the various websites.
To begin with your criticism of our breakfast, it corresponds to the choice transmitted to your agency:
A choice of two pastries, a choice of two freshly squeezed fruit juices, a choice of hot drinks, two cold meats, three cheeses, two types of plain and fruit yoghurts, jams, honey and nutella, white bread, sliced bread, rusks, plain and half-salted butter, cottage cheese, applesauce, which you will agree is a substantial and correct choice.
As specified in your room by a message on the desk, written in English, we reduce the carbon and energy impact by only doing a complete cleaning of the room every three days, as specified on this message. The Louvre chain and Accor tell us that a change in behavior is being promoted in most hotels. However, you have the option of requesting that your room be cleaned every day - the message is displayed in all rooms and at reception.
You had paid a deposit of 680 euros in order to raise the children's awareness. We only retained a symbolic 100 euros. We can assure you that if we had suspected for a moment that the teachers and children were acting in bad faith, we would have kept the full amount.
In fact, our teams had to spend their time having to make themselves known to the accompanying persons, and we would also remind you that the latter were subjected to mockery and insults from some of them.
Our teams are not disrespectful, and even less impolite, but they are not there to educate or teach good manners.
As for the location of our establishment, it was known by the agency that made the reservation.
You also mentioned a heating problem in your various messages. As stated in your request, our radiators cannot be set above 23° for energy-saving reasons.
We welcome many groups of all ages, and we find that most respect the rules, which was not the case for you. We frequently have young people, and the teachers have the authority to put things right if we find any problems.
We remain at your disposal through your agency if you wish to communicate again, in order to avoid flooding social networks with messages that do not correspond to the reality of your stay.
