AVOID!!!
This is the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay in.
The air conditioning doesn't work, the shower over flows onto the floor, the door didn't lock or unlock properly so it would take at least 15 mins every time we left and returned, the room was dirty and extremely tacky. We requested an iron on arrival which never arrived after 2 days but the worst experience was the attitude of Julie who is genuinely the most rudest person I have ever encountered in my life. She is also a complete liar and quite honestly the place could do with being shut down
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place, don't say I didn't warn you if you book!

⚠️ ALERT — DO NOT STAY HERE
If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place at a fair price, this is NOT it.
From the moment I arrived, the experience was disappointing. This was my last stop before heading to Courchevel, and it quickly turned into a nightmare. There is no elevator and no staff to help, so getting your luggage upstairs is a struggle. The stairs are narrow, uncomfortable, and difficult to manage.
The breakfast is extremely basic, the room had a strong damp/musty smell, and the service was simply terrible.
Overall, a very poor experience.
Would not recommend at all.

OU is the brunch before!!!! at 30 € the brunch...it makes expensive the toast
I'm talking ONLY about Sunday Brunch.
Apart from the kindness of the young woman who welcomed us and served us, for such a brunch, we clearly do not feel like pigeons.
We used to come for brunch and we were always satisfied... but this has nothing to do with it.
A slate with mayonnaise hard-boiled eggs, a slate with three "ricota" toasts and a cherry tomato, available with baguette and a bread with but, a praline brioche, a platter of ham, coppa and two types of cheese, a plate with mini pancakes, and two plain yogurts..., I was going to forget: Kiwis and a parched tangerine as well as coffee.
60 € for two for such a brunch...it deters coming back!
If brunch is lowered for economic reasons...the price must also be revised accordingly!

Bad experience with this gentleman, who was the boss I was told.
No answer to my message when I booked, so I called and there hello the gentleman's friendliness, personal, never again. After the room not too bad off put , a sheet cover that is not one , the bathroom with a door that does not close completely and dry towel hs , otherwise well located, for breakfast (not taken) so d opinion.

Extremely bad faith hotel - book at your own risk!
This is THE WORST customer service we have ever received.
Our room stank, it was unbearable- which is very hard to evidence.
We immediately raised our concern by calling the contact number as there’s often no staff onsite- but instead of receiving a constructive solution, we were offered no alternatives and met with a dismissive, unsympathetic response.
They would rather we stayed somewhere else instead of seeing to our issue/uninhabitable room, so we luckily managed to book another hotel for the night and were told that someone could come in two hours to investigate.
When we returned the next day, we were told no one had come to fix the problem because the host assumed we were “staying elsewhere”, despite us not being given any alternative.
We were then told they would resolve the issue and call us once it was done. That afternoon they claimed it was resolved, but upon returning the horrendous smell remained. The receptionist — who had not checked the room before calling us to return — entered with two other staff members, and all three agreed the smell continued.
This demonstrates on two occasions that the matter was not taken seriously.
We are very disappointed. A lot of our time in Annecy was wasted with back-and-forth to the hotel, awaiting resolutions that never came. It caused so much upset at the start of our trip and has continued for months afterwards, as we and booking.com have been ignored for almost three months now.
This experience has not only disrupted our trip but left us feeling unwelcome and upset. Rather than offering meaningful assistance, the way this situation was handled made us feel dismissed and blamed. They will accuse you of being threatening and harassing and state things that are factually untrue. Our dispute was twisted into an accusation of “aggression”.
I was in the first trimester of pregnancy and shouldn’t have to explain why I needed a room (I had booked and paid for) to rest and recover in that wasn’t smelly.
We understand that issues can happen in any hotel, but the true measure of service is how they are addressed. Almost three months later, we have paid for the entire stay without staying there for a single night. No apology, no resolution, and no compromise have been offered. This raises serious concerns about whether they knowingly placed us in a faulty room. I now suspect this may be a deliberate tactic — A SCAM — where guests are placed in unacceptable rooms with no intention of addressing complaints.
If you already have a booking and there is an issue during your stay, I recommend evidencing all communication (you will be spoken to awfully). I wish you good luck and hope you have no issues during your stay.
