Beautifully renovated new hotel

Brand new hotel beautifully renovated with high end furnishings. The inside is impressive and very welcoming reception staff. Our room was huge with separate toilet to the shower room. all Lights and shutter on door are all done with a touchscreen. Tea and coffee available could be a bit more generous with the milk ! Lot of cupboard space but not much hanging space. Excellent air conditioning. No fridge, iron or ironing board but very good hairdryer. The outside space is good but I think a parasol
Would be welcome addition. The fan in the toilet and shower room did not work or the t.v. Reception were informed about this. The underground car park is very safe and secure with individual garages but the card did not work to open the gates so had to
Abandon the car and walk back to hotel. The bar is beautiful and is a really nice
Place to spend the evening. I think there will
Always be a few teething problems with new hotels but all in all our stay was excellent and would highly recommend. The centre of Annecy is about. 15 min walk from the hotel

Very good stay.

New hotel (2 months in existence) to discover for its decor and refined, minimalist design.
I appreciated the comfort of the place, the cleanliness, and the very spacious, air-conditioned room; we were able to enjoy a private terrace as the room is on the garden level, quiet. However, some finishing touches need to be reviewed (vegetation and separation with the other terraces need improvement). The hotel features a bar with an unusual decor (in a good way) but lacks air conditioning during this heatwave. The hotel has a fairly good geographical location (15 minutes on foot from the historic center and the lake). We arrived by car; the hotel has an underground parking garage with boxes, in a residence adjacent to the establishment. First, you need to find a place to park outside, check in, and then return to the car to park it permanently (Cost 22 euros in addition to the room). The breakfast, included, is varied and the staff is welcoming. I will gladly return.

Perfect stay.

Located in the center of Annecy, 10 minutes on foot from the old town.
Brand new hotel, very comfortable, decor with impeccable service.
Very nice experience.
Do not forget to 'visit' the bar in the old chapel!
