Great hotel with excellent breakfast in handy position with a wonderful view of the cathedral! We stayed in room on the top floor and stairs can be a little tricky while carrying a suitcase .

good breakfast - but the server tray for cheese & charcuterie needs to be revised, as it is impossible (literally) to reach in if you are not 6' tall.

Excellent hotel in Amiens with a view of the cathedral next door.
Rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Amiens Priory

Hotel very good, nothing to say in particular... however I would like to dwell on the person who welcomed us first on the phone then on site: Carlos. He was very kind and very considerate. Carlos was very empathetic, his boss is lucky to have such an employee . Thanks Carlos, so if we have to come back to Amiens, we will not look for another place to sleep, we know where to go

Never seen before! Horrific experience

Room booked mid-January for February 2, 2026.
Arrival at 16:30 on the day said. Room unavailable due to “water damage” that we could not see. As a solution, we are offered a room in a noisy hotel near the station! Nothing to do with the planned stay.
We would have liked to have been notified earlier to organize differently and have a commercial gesture from the hotel. What a lack of consideration!

En raison d’un incident technique indépendant de notre volonté, certaines chambres ont dû être rendues indisponibles dans un délai très contraint. Malgré ce contexte de dernière minute, nous avons pris soin de vous proposer plusieurs solutions de relogement, afin de vous garantir un hébergement et de limiter au mieux les désagréments occasionnés.
Nous comprenons que l’option retenue n’ait pas pleinement répondu à vos attentes et prenons note de vos remarques. Soyez assurés que nous restons attentifs aux retours de nos clients et que chaque situation exceptionnelle est analysée avec sérieux.
À titre commercial, et sans reconnaissance de responsabilité, nous restons disposés à étudier la mise en place d’un geste commercial, dont les modalités pourront être précisées selon votre convenance.
