Great cost benefit. Great service!

Last minute closed the roads to the ski stations and we booked the hotel to spend a night. The Samara who attended us saved our journey! It helped us a lot in adjusting for new displacement and was exceptional! Comfortable hotel, with great cost benefit and service. The restaurant pizza is too good!

Apparently perfect direction

Following an error on my part that I admit the management did not want to know just cash but 104€ yet there was a delay of 6 weeks before the booking date! (error booked for March while it was for February) not even had the courtesy to answer me did not accept the cancellation, nor a credit!!! Thank you to this direction which apparently never makes a mistake!!!! A big loser

Simple but no elevator

parking for € 5 per day
We have a room on the second but we do not discover an elevator. I hear it's on their website. The suitcases were mounted by a freight elevator.
Small room correct. Initially we asked to lower our suitcases......the freight elevator does not work (I checked it worked but laundry bags were piled up ..) a customer lowered us our suitcases.
It is better to take a hotel in the same prices without additional parking

Liked · The kindness of the staff especially Sylviane who was just very attentive to all the problems I encountered. She reacted very quickly but not being the maintenance worker, she did what she could.
Disliked · Breakfast too basic for the price (10 euros) - Room impregnated with the very strong smell of cigarettes when I had asked for a non-smoking room - Bathtub clogged - No shower curtain, so a lot of splashes on the floor of the bathroom- Towels rough and worn down to the rope. No reception in the morning lack of staff, so no information on all possible services during the stay, only the young man unsmiling and unchatting who took care of the PTD was present - No elevator - Reception reception sad and poorly equipped, only a sofa in a sad state is present. Dirty carpet is also smelling like cigarettes. Little heating in the room and in public areas. TV on top of a locker room and whose remote control was not working,

Deplorable to flee give your money elsewhere

TO ESCAPE, go to another Pension in alberville where air Bnb!!!!!!!
Deplorable soiled carpet, smell of vinegar or urine in the toilet
28 degrees at night while we were on the second floor
Not to mention the management of their customer service which is more than deplorable
