Very pleasant moments

We were 16 contemporaries celebrating an iconic date for 2 days and one night in this charming place. Warm welcome by the whole team, comfortable and impeccable rooms, generous meals including tea. Thank you so much!

I've never suffered that.

If you'd like to relax, I'd still like to enjoy a relaxing experience, fun, exciting and happy, just to know that you didn't come to the right place. We'd hopefully have a great hotel to upgrade our holiday experience. As soon as we got in, the smell of "great" came to our mouths. We went into the dining room, but a bunch of flies had already eaten it. He barely had a side-sweet taste, and you'd like to know what to eat. I'd rather eat my dog's food as far away than that. We went to the rooms hoping it would be normal. But there were a lot of dead insects and working lives.

Scary experience

We arrived at the hotel after good reviews and we really experienced a movie experience and not a good part, the food was cold and nasty and all the time there were flies on it I would not bring it to my cat even if they paid me, the air conditioners didn't work and there were big spiders in the room we really liked, the shower was only suitable for drads and the water was always cold, the TV didn't work, and all the employees spoke only French and Arabic, the radioactive pool and I'm pretty sure it didn't meet the health standards, the manager would be more nasty than the food, there were more flies than people, installations that were always broken, Libya with sofas that hadn't been cleaned since the Middle Ages, and all the employees spoke only French and Arabic in cabins in a luxurious place, the spa looked uncomfortable, and they were everywhere.

To avoid!!!

The bungalows are in a sad state. Total lack of maintenance.
The day of our arrival (8 August at 19h15), impossible to eat at the restaurant. A unique menu for a group of seniors was planned. It is impossible to have a small meal to eat. So we had to manage and find a restaurant in the valley. All with a 2 1/2 year old.
Closed swimming pool, SPA inaccessible. We weren't even offered it.
The green spaces were not maintained, the tennis court totally abandoned, the children s playroom in the basement in a dismal state.
We had booked for 3 nights....we left after only 1 night.
This establishment needs serious screening. I strongly advise against!!!

I do not recommend

What to say about this establishment besides "to the next". Good welcome as well as the staff but on the other hand the room proposed: poor quality, impossible to see through the windows: too dirty. The Award of 130 € does not correspond to the service. The pool closes at 6:00 p.m. We don't enjoy it after our hike. The worst of the worst is breakfast at 18€ per person. We look at what is offered is soluble coffee not even a coffee machine offered a shame! Bread is just baguette, croissants are all dry without puff pastry. It’s horrible there are not even tongs to serve everyone touches everything I almost left everything there: beurk. I would not recommend this place at all. I expect a return from management.
