A huge thank you to Elsa at the ibis for her help, her kindness, and especially her incredible dedication. She went out of her way to help us and did her absolute best to save our vacation.
A truly exceptional person, attentive, efficient, and with a great sense of service. Thanks to her, we were able to smile again in a situation that seemed very complicated.
Elsa, thanks again for everything! You truly deserve these 5 stars. ❤️

Disappointed

We spent 3 nights in this hotel, the welcome and the setting are pleasant as well as the staff.
On the other hand, despite an intervention our air conditioner did not work (no temperature regulation, it was hot), no apologies from management, no offer of relocation), the cleaning is only half done, the beds were remade but the bathrooms remained as they were.
The pool was absolutely not pleasant, a lot of chlorine, not blue at all like in the photo, totally cloudy and green (everyone was complaining about it, to our great surprise, the pool was closed on the 1st day of our arrival because the test was not good, also no apologies from management for a service that we pay for.
Broken blind latch, repaired summarily by a simple screw that sticks out several centimeters into the window frame, with a child sleeping underneath, very dangerous..accident avoided..
In short, a beautiful hotel but where the services are sloppy, just like the room decor..

What a beautiful outdoor area.

It is an Ibis, so you have to start from the simple and Spartan idea, but this hotel pleasantly surprised me.
Beautiful common areas, small but super cute and well-maintained pool.
Outdoor space with giant chess and tables with lounge chairs. Beautiful and pleasant.
Fairly large room.
Young and friendly staff. Large and well-organized free parking.
Only negative notes: third bed was a cot that was really difficult (fortunately it was for one night). Bathroom/container not pleasant, while showering it felt like I was really running out of air.

Luckily only for 2 nights

Traveling around France I often stop at the Ibis budget chain, I wanted something more comfortable and this time I opted for an Ibis, unfortunately the rooms are very small, the bed and the pillow very uncomfortable (I got a backache), poor soundproofing of the rooms (you could hear everything from the adjacent room), very expensive breakfast (€ 13.90) but not consistent with the price paid, pool unusable because it was full of screaming kids who monopolized all the sun loungers and were diving repeatedly, the problem is that there was no control by the staff. The bathroom only has one towel per person.... High price for what was received. To be avoided.

Lack of hygiene.

I went there jyst for lunch. The female staff very pleasant, on the other hand I have a downside for staff with disabilities, I have nothing against the contrary, but the disability does not mean LACK OF HYGIENE!!!! DIRTY SHOES, TROUSERS, DIRT, FINGERS AND DIRTY NAILS , moreover this person does not know how to serve without putting your fingers on your plate. I'm sorry I had to report it to you. The food is a bit expensive so the service must follow. I hope to have a better reception next time I visit. Yes, I do. Ps: toilets leave something to be desired, we should think about changing the brush
