The pool and the location are the highlight. Rooms are spacious but a little outdated. Extremely good value for the money.

Beautiful spa hotel. Fine location for exploring Aix.

Very large swimming pool bordered by ancient ramparts. Very comfortable rooms. Breakfast is good. Free parking nearby. We did not feel Aquabella was good value for the money.

Faulty Towers on the front desk

This has to be one of the worst receptions I've been to. Check in, was cold and blunt, we were early, they made us wait until 3pm to casually say , oh, your room is ready. There's no drinks unless you go into the restaurant.
Checkout. Was so rude. At the desk I announced we were checking out, how do we process the parking? He looked at me, looked at his screen and ignored me .4 TIMES I ASKED ABOUT THE PARKING still ignored, so I raised my voice. He said he was looking for my reservation, its no excuse to ignore a customer asking you questions.
The hotel is average, the area is dirty, litter everywhere.
We booked her as it was halfway between 2 destinations. Big mistake

An incredible brunch and unlimited spa access.

A place we go to at least once a year minimum, the brunch is exceptional and the restaurant in the evening is perfect. Same for breakfast with unlimited spa access and that is rare enough to point out and everything is there.
Perfect, if you want a charming setting, an excellent meal, and a moment of relaxation.
I highly recommend this place
