Lovely atmosphere

Wonderful relaxing place in a nice and calm little town full of green trees and water. .. owners are really friendly, smart and ready to give you the best experience ever in their hotel. ..always smiling and happy they want you also happy. ..and they did it! Lovely rooms and really nice food. ..sauna is also there!

Quaint country hotel

Two night weekend break in this beautiful little hotel. Easy to arrive by car, enough parking space outside. Quiet location next to a golf course. The building is rather old but has been renovated and kept well. The staff were really friendly and handled everything smoothly. We arrived later than expected and called the front desk to inform and they even offered to keep some food warm for us! Really good customer service. The room was quite standard but had all the basic amenities and was clean and spacious, although it seemed the room itself had been renovated but the bathroom hadn't yet. The restaurant area was quite spacious and nicely decorated. We only had buffet lunch and dinner but all the food was well prepared, home food, and reasonably priced, and the breakfast was also good. Overall we were quite satisfied with our stay and would probably consider to stay here again.

Wonderful ski trip to lake near by

Ski trip on the lake next to hotell. That exotic experience only 1 h 45 min from the Helsinki airport. Awesome views, all the way. Sauna, indoor swimming & good food. For families and bigger parties. Rooms older but comfy. Service attitude five out of five.

Fantastic staff and clean and cosy place at countryside

Linna Hotelli is not a five star hotel. It is a cosy and tranquil place on the countryside and the hotel does not have super fancy facilities. Rooms are basic and clean, very nice breakfast and a tasty buffet.
However: everybody who works there are worth Five Stars! I rather stay in a hotel like Linna where the staff loves guests than a snobby hotel where I guests are treated like items!

Excellent food!

I haven't slept a night in this quaint little hotel, but I have had delicious lunch many, many times.
Lunch buffet is something that you would not expect in small village like Hartola.
Beats typical gas station meals 6-0.
