Good hotel
We stayed here for our orientation in our company. The hotel looks good. Just far from downtown, but just 10 mins ride away from Robinsons Place Tacloban, but 2 rides, but you can walk from Coca Cola (rotunda) to Robinsons, and 4 mins ride away from the airport. I think there are 3 stores of 7/11 from Coca Cola (rotunda) to this hotel. I just went to the one near coca cola, my workmate said the other 7/11 store is closed.
And if you want to go to the other Robinsons Mall (rob north), there is a terminal at the back of the mall, you can ride from Rob South to Rob North, faster than going downtown.
With the food, the fish is a bit smelly, im sorry, but still i eat it haha. I went to another hotel here in Tacloban, orientation again that was in May, same dish but no smell. So..
Also, unlike other hotels that provide bottled water, this one offers water dispensers in the lobby, which is actually a plus for me. They have pitchers and glass in the room. Save mother earth.
And if you want to go to the other Robinsons Mall (rob north), there is a terminal at the back of the mall, you can ride from Rob South to Rob North, faster than going downtown.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed! 1.No soap,No shampoo,only had towel in the bathroom. 2.The hotel called very early at 6:50am in the morning to tell me it is breakfast time which wake me up. I never asked for wake up service! 3. The breakstfast is even worse, it only can be delivered to your room with no drinks and no bottle water in the room. For the same price, please go for Ironwood hotel at tacloban. Don't choose this one!!

Worst hotel ever. This is a good idea
They say looks can be deceiving and don't believe everything you read. This is 100 % true at this location. When you arrive you see a beautiful hotel and when you read the description it talks about beautiful white sand beaches. Great! Breakfast included. In actuality, this is the biggest dump of a hotel I've ever seen. The rooms have no windows. I have traveled all over the world and this is the first hotel that I have ever found that does not have a window in the room. We were a couple visiting and they would only provide us with one key and the key was necessary to keep the lights on. So if one person was sleeping and the other one wanted to leave the room they were not able to because if they took the key the air conditioning and the lights were turned off and if they left the key they would have to wake the other person up when they return. There is no shower curtain in the washroom so when you take a shower the whole washroom gets flooded and wet including your toilet seat and towels and any toiletries you have in the washroom. Let me tell you about the beautiful white sand beaches that they say they have here. First of all, you have to walk 10 minutes in muddy puddles before you reach the water. There is no white sand and there is no Beach. It is a swamp. Now to let me tell you about the great breakfast that they have in the morning. It consists of one egg and some rice. If you want a second egg they charge you extra. If you want coffee they charge you extra. I was booked here for 3 days. After 2 days we decided to leave and forfeit the 3rd Day payment because this was so bad. I tried contacting bookings.com but they're useless, unlike Expedia who would have solved the problem immediately. Bookings.com is an English company from the United Kingdom and they are lazy and useless. If you do decide to stay at this lousy hotel against my advice, just remember one thing you were told.

Tacloban Airport hotel
Convenient hotel close to the airport. We arrived last a night so we could catch a very early flight. The rooms were clean but in my room there was no wifi, so I was transported to moved to another room. The hotel was good for our purpose get some good sleep but to be honest next time I would prefer a room with a window....
