Really friendly and helpful staff.
Just opposite the SM Mall, so very convenient. Also close to everything else you need. The main avenue, the bay front.
Couldn't be happier with my stay.

Bland food - weird staff - Owner acted weird while in the pool!
While we were there for some days i can only i am somewhat butthurt that I actually expected someone more but got served a very boring experience.
Beds hard as concrete not comfy what so ever
Pool was dirty and had most likely not been cleaned for a while
We tried to book some tour with the hotel - they have pickup time shown on a card a the desk, which did not correspond to the actual time, which ment we nearly missed at trip we pre paid
Mistakes happen and we broke a glass - had to pay 500 pesos for it to be replaced. This is seriously so petty. We paid a pretty penny for this place and will never be back
Cleaners were the only great thing about this place and that’s the only thing I would give more than a one star

decent place for a short stay after our dive trip.

I needed a place to stay after getting off my dive boat and before my flight later that afternoon. I was able to arrange a day room at this hotel for a reasonable fee.
Check in was easy and the staff was quite pleasant and helpful.
The room was decent sized and appeared clean.
The AC worked well enough
The room had a fridge
The bed was comfortable
The hotel had a nice pool and some pleasant greenery around the area.
There is a cafe in the hotel and a restaurant next door.
Overall it was fine for our short stay.

Lacks amenities.

They dont provide iron or steamer in the room. Instead they have an ironing area but you need to pay.

Super hard mattress, no water pressure, no hot water and directly in the flight path of landing planes. The staff was friendly and it is conveniently across the street from SM Mall.
