Great location, Near SM Mall Of Asia

The first impression was the exactly the same building and the room which were shown on the website while booking the room. very clean and comfortable. I liked everything. The staff was very nice and helpful, I 'd requested for an early check in, as I reached in Manila at 6 am and the staff realized I was very tired after a long flight, so they arranged a room very quickly and by 8 in the morning, we were in our room. though the bedroom was a bit small but no complain. There were 5 swimming pools and you could swimming in any pool, ( there was one pool for the kids though) It's such a nice place yet very affordable compare to other apartments and condominiums. It's highly recommended,
The Mall of Asia is just 10 minutes walk way and other tourist attractions, Like Manila Ocean Parks, Rizal Park, Manila Zoo, Baclaran market etc.. are very near... There are also many restaurants and foods shop around. I would diffidently stay here again whenever I come back to Manila. Great value for the money you spend here.

Quiet and nice place nearby Mall of Asia

I was there betwen 22 july. and 17 aug,2014 . It is very difficult to find a quiet hotel at Manila, but this accomodations is so. I must to highlight the exceptional kindness and helpfullness of the staff, particularly of the receptionist. He resolved every my problem and request . The swimming pools are very nice and the place is supervised and safe.

Ideal location

Stayed here Nov 2014 for 2 weeks, very close to airport but not so close to be a noise nuisance.
Be aware of taxis at the airport as they set a standard price of 1000 peso for ANY destination. I would recommend contacting the hotel to collect you at a price of 300 peso.
Originally I booked the hotel for 1 week then asked for a discount if I stayed for an extra week, this they gladly did - If you don't ask, you don't get :-)
The Mall of Aisha (shopping center) is a 5 minute walk from the hotel which faces the sea with many restaurants and attractions. If lazy (like me) get a taxi which costs no more than 50 peso!

Sea residence Manila

The Condo was clean tidy, near to the Mall etc and a nice place to stay if you are a looking for a quiet time. However if you are a family looking to enjoy a vacction and have some fun at the pool this is NOT the place to stay. Too many rules so sad such lovely place and friendly staff. Unfortuenately would not return as we could not relax and enjoy ourselves as felt as if always having to tell the kids off due to the rules. Would not recommend for young family.

宿泊は広めの部屋を

今回で2度めの滞在でしたが、前回は一番安価な部屋を選び、多少狭苦しさを感じましたが今回は広めの部屋を予約。満足できる休暇となりました。部屋にはキッチンが付いているので簡単な食事は作れます。食材も同じ敷地内にコンビニの様なスーパーがありますので必要なほとんどの物が調達出来ますので長期滞在には良いと思います。何と言ってもホテルの約半額なので魅力です。Mall of Asiaには徒歩でも出れますがイメージ的にかなりの距離を歩きますので暑さ対策を。プールは合計６あり訪問者に対しても有料で使用可能です。交通機関は主にタクシーになりますがメーターで走ってくれるタクシーが少なく、移動には多少割高感がありますがたまの休暇であれば問題ない金額のレベルです。フィリピンになれている方にはジプニーがメイン通りを走っているのでLRT,MRTのEDSA駅まで出るのに大変便利ですが、フィリピンに慣れていない方にはお勧めできません。多少高くてもタクシーを使用しましょう。入口のガードに頼めばタクシーを拾ってくれます。友人を呼んでパーティーなどにも適している宿泊場所です。但し、ホテルとは違いますのでタオルの替えはアシスタントに連絡するか、または自分で洗濯になりますので多少面倒です。
