Excellent staff, was moved to different room immediately when there was a problem with airconditioner leaking. Central location convenient to UPLB.

Room was nice and clean, and staff was helpful and friendly. I also enjoyed the cafe downstairs very much. I would definitely stay there again

Good location

My family’s two-night stay here was good. We booked their presidential suite. It’s spacious and has basic amenities. The whole place was generally clean. While it has two bathrooms, the common bathroom is too small and there’s not much space to move.
The staff were very nice and accommodating. They promptly responded to inquiries and requests.
Overall, the hotel is good but facilities (e.g., elevator) and other amenities (e.g., room fixtures; toiletries and other in-room essentials) may still be improved. Its location is strategic as it’s very accessible and is just walking distance from other places like mall, restaurants, university, etc.

The location is close to UPLB and crossing. So many walkable places to eat at. I stayed for 3 nights in one of their presidential suites. The rooms were clean. I would recommend a mirror in the master’s bathroom in 315.

If you’re an early breakfast eater - either don’t stay here or buy your breakfast and keep it overnight! And eat it cold

Big spacious and clean rooms. Friendly front desk staff. But the good things end here.
Food and beverage options for breakfast are non existent. They are right beside a mall for which they rely in the restaurants there - but the mall opens at 10:00 am! So breakfast availability starts at 10am!
Also, Housekeeping isn’t at all efficient. When i came back to my room late at night it wasn’t made up! If not for the attitude of the front desk staff, I would have gone ballistic!
