Hoping that the pool will always be well-maintained so guests feel encouraged to use it.
Upon check-in, we noticed some mosquitoes inside the room. We tried using the insect killer, but the bottle was already less than half full.
The location of the place was excellent you can easily travel to other places in Coron by riding a tricycle, which is also affordable.
The family room we booked was nice, and all the amenities inside were working properly.
Overall, I highly recommend this place for travelers. I also hope that the management addresses repeated feedback from guests.

Wouldn’t recommend

Location is good, walkable to everything you could need. The rooms are clean, spacious and the showers were fine for pressure, temperature was hit and miss. The deluxe rooms were quite large, our friends had room 303 and it was on the corner at the end with lovely views and windows on 2 walls. Our other friend was in a regular double room on the second floor and it was substantially smaller but fine for one.
The breakfast was ok - simple omelettes and pancakes but did the job. Tea bags and instant coffee supplied.
Staff were able to assist with laundry and booking airport transfers which was great.
There was a lot of construction work going on at the front, it’s not clear if it’s part of the hotel or not but noise all day and not great to walk into. The pool is not inviting at all and we did not see anyone using it - it looks like a barely used dive practice pool. We were sitting out the front and there were lots of people (maybe the owners?) lingering out the front playing loud music and smoking a lot - not a welcoming place to sit and relax. We just kind of felt like outsiders and not welcome at all.
The property next door has loads of chickens/roosters that wake you up from 5am and go all day. They were also burning off rubbish all day and so every time we left the room we were engulfed in smoke. Normally we’re not the type to spend long periods of time at the hotel but we were ill during our stay and had a chill day at the hotel that ended up with us pretty much not leaving the room.
I’d suggest another location

Poor, simple, in the city

This can not be 3 stars. Breakfast and restaurant were poor, Nobody was helping with luggages. Couldn’t sleep cause was so loud all the night. I would choose another hotel.

I would not stay again. No tvs in the rooms. Roosters loud, so much so you cannot sleep past 4:00.

Great Value

I'm giving it a good review based on its value, good location and warm water to shower with, the food was ok no views and the only issue is a rooster that starts yelling at 4AM. I would stay again based on value and the staff being helpful and kind. Just don't expect the Ritz Carlton
