Charms was charming

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was exactly as described. Large comfy bed with a powerful walk in shower. Balcony overlooking the pool.
The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely stay here again
For some maybe the distance away from the town might be a problem but it was only a 5 minute ride away

First Time in Coron Palawan

Me and my cousin recently travel to Coron and stayed at Charms Hotel located not too far from the town proper which is quieter and not busy crowded.The room and amenities were basic. Small improvement on maintenance and housekeeping such as dirty shower head and broken toilet door lock as well as stains on linens. Service was alright however there is still room for improvement on staffs engaging more on their guests and promoting local informations about Coron especially to those first timers. All in all a pleasant stay in Charms Hotel.

Highly Recommended!

Very satisfied guest here! From the front of house to the backroom staff, all have done an excellent customer service. The hotel's location is very ideal if you want a serene ambience especially at night time. Breakfast was great, some days they serve buffet, some days ala carte. The pool! Yes, swimming or simply soaking in the warm pool is so relaxing especially after a tiring day tour of Coron beaches/lakes. Everything in this hotel is great! ❤️❤️❤️

Charms was charming

We stayed here 4 nights in the suite. Which is overall larger, has a fridge and a private balcony. It’s lovely small but more than capable hotel. I spent a long time trying to find a place to stay before finding Charms and so pleased we picked here as it’s reasonably priced the room was big, cleaned well daily, a small buffet breakfast was included in the price and the staff all very helpful and friendly. It’s about 20 mins walk to the main area which I did on several occasions as like to take in my surroundings. By tuk tuk it’s 5 minutes to the main restaurant area. Thoroughly recommend if staying in Coron.

We had a great stay at charms hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful, even helped us to book the ferry and transports. The breakfast was also diverse and good, with fresh fruits and delicious pancakes/waffles. But also with a filipino touch :P
The hotel is also close to the downtown with tricycle. Finally, the pool is super nice to have a relaxing time.
