Although i did take the least expensive room, i was disappointed that it was so small, no hot water, even tho it said hot, and I let it run a long time.
The area it is located is dirty and noisy! Industrial like! Even for the price, value was half what i have been getting!

It does not have a single suite, and the best rooms are on the 4th floor, with no elevator. If you are broke, then there regular room might work, but you might not have room for your luggage.

You Get What You Pay For

I slept in a room worth Php 450. Indeed, it is a very small room. Inside the room are television, a telephone, a table and chair, a pair of slippers, and a mirror. The mirror gives an illusion that the room’s big. Somehow helps. This is good for travelers who just want to spend overnight.
Toiletries (a tiny thin soap, 1 sachet shampoo, and toilet paper) are provided already.
What’s quite disappointing is the comfort room. The bidet isn’t functioning well when you press it. Turned out you don’t have to press it when you use it. You have to turn on the main source to be able to use it. Somehow, it’s like faucet not a bidet at all. The flush stick of the toilet bowl is destroyed already. To flush, you have to pour the toilet bowl with a pail of water. Since there’s no pail in there, you just have to be patient using the bidet-faucet to flush the whole thingy. Thus, in a situation like that you won’t be able to poop.
I was thinking of transferring to another room but since I’d just be spending overnight, I decided not to.
Anyway, if you need anything you may call their front desk. Anything you need will be delivered to your room then. But I guess not at all times. I asked for a toothbrush and they told me to go down to get it.
Overall, it's okay but not the typical type of budgetel suite where you could relax and enjoy.
Indeed, it's BUDGETEL.

Diciamo che visto le disastrose esperienze a Cagayan de Oro e dintorni i difetti di questo hotel pur essendo gravissimi mi spingono a darli una valutazione della media.
La camera è piccola MA PULITA quindi va messo in evidenza.
Il personale della reception cortese e gentile.
Il personale per la colazione assolutamente bocciato era palese indisposta dalla nostra presenza . colazione mediocre cibo freddo e poca scelta . Ovviamente parlo di quella inclusa nel pernottamento.
Bellissima idea della possibilità di pagare per le 24 ore effettive.
Acqua calda assente in camera inconcepibile.
Aria condizionata molto rumorosa.
Struttura che presenta i motori dei condizionatori nei corridoi.
Consiglio ? bho fate voi hahahaha
