Exceptional hospitality from start to finish
Hospitality at its finest! It is rare nowadays, especially with several hotel options in Boracay, that you get to stay in hotel that gets everything right - from the friendly staff, well-kept rooms to the majestic view of the beach.
This was a special family vacation as my sister finally went back to the Philippines after living in America for 7 years. She brought her husband and 4 beautiful daughters. Our trip was made more special with the exceptional hospitality of all the staff at Le Soleil.
The real star, however, is there Guest Service Section Head, Faith Morales-De Pedro. Even before arriving in the hotel he made sure that all our rooms were in checked. We booked 10 rooms as we were 32 guests in total, bringing along all siblings and their families in this trip. She made sure that all airport transfers were arranged, our rooms were near each other and every guest registered and accounted for.
During our stay, she would always check on us to see if we needed assistance. She truly is exceptional! No wonder all his staff from Front Desk, Bell Service and Housekeeping radiate the same excellence as hers.

The location is perfect, beachfront, in the middle of all the action in Boracay.
the staff are friendly and helpful with our concerns.
however, the unit that was assigned to us was outdated, old and a little disgusting esp the washroom😔
We don't want to spoil our vacation as it was our first time in Boracay, so we just stay outside most of time and come back to our unit after dinner.
The resort needs a lot of updating to compete with the new hotels/ resorts.
The units near the swimming were all empty and looks abandoned when we pass by.
to add to our disappointment, the pool was under maintenance the whole time of our stay.
Breakfast was good enough with no repeats, new main menu everyday.
overall, I wish the resort will be updated and renovated then I might probably go back.

Awesome staff at Le Soleil Hotel in Boracay
We spent five nights in a second floor pool side room. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, accommodating and always trying to make our experience something to remember. The breakfast was mostly traditional Filipino and delicious, the front desk quick and knowledgeable, housekeeping was accommodating and very thorough but our favorite was the person who helped us with our luggage. Every time we passed, they would go out of their way to engage my four year old son and bring a smile to his face. Definitely a repeat for us.

Fantastic location right on the beach. Free chairs on the beach for the amazing sunsets was an huge plus. Excellent and attentive staff. Breakfast (included) was good. You have a 10 minute walk up the sand frontage to get to the hotel, so definitely arrange for transportation. Most of the beach front properties are that way. The hotel itself reminded me of many that I’ve stayed at over the years that are out in the country. Probably fantastic in its heyday but definitely outdated. Good value for your money, just temper expectations.

Best Boracay Escape
Our stay at Le Soleil de Boracay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The location is unbeatable. Right along the beachfront of Station 2, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the best sunset views on the island.
The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The breakfast selection was also excellent, with a good variety of local and international dishes.
What truly stood out was the overall experience—the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and genuine Filipino hospitality. Waking up just steps away from White Beach was unforgettable.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Boracay, whether for a family trip, romantic getaway, or a much-needed escape. We will definitely be coming back!
